Hotel Parco dei Pini - 100mt dal Mare

Extremely nice, accommodating staff and a comfy room. They also kept the key to the room so I could go to the beach on my own without a stress of potentially loosing it.

I had some small issue with the electric sockets near the bed, they were not working for my standard EU chargers, but there were still two that worked on the other side of the room and in the bathroom.

Very clean and spacious room, very well kept and very friendly staff. No issues at all with parking. Looking forward for our next visit

Breakfast was amazing! Beds super comfy, great balcony as well. Bike were available as well

Traffic can get a little loud

The location is really close to the beach. Stuff is really nice and friendly, and if you need help, always there to help. Rooms are small but functional. It's an old hotel but they keep it nice and tidy. Really liked it. 15-20minis walk to city center.

It was near restaurants and beach

There was no parking on premises availableWe were told there was but not able to reserve. Do we didn't reserve. When we got there they said we should have reserved.

We used the hotel for a quick overnight stay for one night. The breakfast was very good with a big selection of sweet and salty options. The rooms were very clean. There was a new AC system in the room but we didn’t use it. There was a fridge in the room that we could use with a few complementary drink.

The bed comfort was just ok. There was a lot of noise outside all night. We kept our windows open so maybe that was our fault. The shower was tiny, but we are tall both over 1.80 so it was hard to bend over.

staff is really nice. Super Staff. breakfast is also fine.

room cleaning, reconsider your cleaning service really because the rest is fine.

We had 2 small beds pushed together. Unfortunately my half was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattress.

Facilities, staff,location, food... everything was excellent!

The only thing I personally had a problem with was pillows and hairdryer. But most hotels have similar - to flat pillows and too weak hairdryer. But bed were very comfy and everything was perfect

there is no sound insulation between the rooms, you have the feeling that the guests from the next room are in the same room as you. there was a youth next to us during our stay who did not sleep all night, as a result we were also awake. At 6:00 a.m. other foreign guests entered our room with the key they had received at the reception. how is this possible?the room has not been cleaned for a long time, but here and there someone just wipes it a little and changes the bed linen and towels.

Staff very friendly. The breakfast was good and the waitresses in the breakfast room were happy and efficient Shower was good. Everything very clean. Plenty of on street parking nearby

The bathroom was a little small. The bed was not very comfortable, these days we are used to memory mattresses and the bed had springs. We only stayed one night but I think more nights would have been a challenge

A charming little hotel in a small seaside town. The location is perfect - a short walk through the beautiful umbrella pines and sand dunes to the long sandy beach. We also really appreciated the on-site parking. However, the most striking thing about the hotel is the outstanding customer service at the front desk. The receptionists went out of her way to help with excellent restaurant recommendations and to help me store medication and Ice packs in the hotel’s fridge/freezer. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly efficient and helpful hotel staff.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, great location. Hair dryer a little annoying as it takes ages to dry, but definitely a good stay. Will be back!

Would have loved the typical scrambled eggs with bacon for breakfast. There was no warm food, instead - only the chance to toast breadThe beach in front of the hotel had no great sea (still pleasantly clean, just no clear water) and was close to a very old and ruined building

Reception was very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. It was option to stay a bit longer before checkout and store luggage while resting on a beach. Breakfast was nice.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better, it is a few steps away from the beach. It was also great to have a balcony with sea view! Air-conditioning is a must during summer, and that worked fine! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was always very nice.

The only complaint I have is about the very old building, which you can notice well by the outdated furniture, totally inadequate power sockets (type, amount and placement) for today's standards, and the poor sound-proofing (the coastal area is very noisy at night).
