beach, food, room, views - all great. service was very friendly at the restaurants.

Beach service was slow or never came. Very slow to get a drink or snack at beach.

The resort is nicely laid out. The service was amazing! Each room has its own beach chairs with an umbrella. We had a sea view from our room, which was beautiful. The pool & tennis court are also very nice. The breakfast each morning was incredible! I highly recommend this resort.

Clean and comfortable rooms, beachfront property, good breakfast choices.

The coffee at breakfast seemed to come from a machine rather than freshly made, though you can get a fresh one outside on the grounds at the refreshment area.

Super helpful staff, quite and charming hotel area, the promenade i great for morning run. Amazing facilities and service!

Nothing serious.

Everyone on property were genuinely kind and very accommodating. It was our anniversary and they arranged rose petals in a heart on our bed. Suggestions made to activities in the area exceeded our expectations. It was fun having bicycles to ride into town to eat and shop. The resort was very clean and relaxing.

Nice hotel, all clean, great equipment and great position. friendly personel. coffee service via Starbucks kind of strange to handle, even with provided vouchers - those actually only work if you have an account with them and order at the cashier, not from the room....

Coffe is not replenished during room service...strange, as the second night costs exactly the same as the first night...so why less service then?

It's clean and modern with a lovely beach. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with many choices and the staff was nice and helpful.

We felt that dinner was very expensive and most options are seafood which I'm allergic to. I ordered the ravioli and was disappointed because it was very bland. An upgrade to the menu would help those that need other options.

Very new modern hotel with prime beach location.We only stayed one night just for a change away from medieval Tuscany villages!Staff were very freindly and everything was just as we wanted.

Clean, well looked after, excellent amenities and the food/coffee was exceptional.

Loved the whole experience. Even though we had showed up day later due to bad weather and flight diverted to other city . Most helpful staff .Food was organic and local and fresh . I would describe it as a 5 star ! Best place I have stayed in Italy ! Thank you !

Nothing to complain about.

The sea area, the position, the cleanliness of the rooms. Lovely cleaners. Breakfast was good. Bar service at all the times. Reception service was very good. We had a problem with our room and they did upgrade us.

The restaurant: very expensive for what you get, waiters’ service was average. Pool area needs a refurbishment (stairs falling apart, life guard fed up of their role, bar seems closed). It really doesn’t look like it’s part of the rest of the resort which is a shame.

Modern, clean with lovely beach and garden. The rooms were beautiful, spacious with very comfy beds. They did think about every detail. Breakfast was delicious and the personnel was nice and helpful. Everything was luxurious and designed with taste.

Dinners are very expensive and unfortunately most options are sea food. Not many options for vegans.

Amazing hotel!! Should be 5 stars , very clean, beautiful beach , the team was amazing- the reception team is amazing!,we couldn't find a better hotel to finish our 13 days vacation in italy, really recommended. Water sport and bikes included in the price , and made our children happy . Great sunset , Great breakfast , room was very clean( twice a day) It seems that this hotel thought about everything !

Little far to the town

Everything about The Sense was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was in a dream. The small attention to details throughout the rooms and property are apparent. It is within walking distance to a great market, which was an added bonus!

Not a big deal - AT ALL - but I did not think there should be an extra fee to use the bicycles. To be honest, I’m glad I walked (it was just to go to the market) because it was a beautiful walk and I didn’t have to deal with the bike once I got there ?

Pool area/pool could have been more fancy, corresponding to the rest of the hotel.

Except for the restaurant dinner staff, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception desk and the breakfast staff. Cleaning staff were amazing.

Little variety of dining options, and very limited menu. Some waiters did not understand English well, which caused incorrect orders and delays. Pizza was below average, and pasta was very salty - I couldn’t finish it. Desert was OK, but portions were tiny (not even the french way). On the check out day, the hotel offered to pack breakfast for us (we left the hotel at 5:00 am), which was a nice gesture. The sad thing is that 4 out of 5 bags were literally full of ants. We had to through the whole breakfast out and suffered with ants throughout the ride to the airport! Dinner restaurant staff had ego. They were welcoming but not attentive. I can blame the language barrier and the busy hours. The AC fan kept making regular noise throughout the night. It was a very bad sleeping experience. Kids room was straight on the outside, which means every time you wonna go in or out, you would invite a whole bunch of mosquitoes in.

The resort is amazing, so relaxed and we regret we could not stay there longer. The facilities are amazing: beautiful big pool with perfect water temperature; the beach and the sunbeds; the room; tennis court. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food in the restaurant was not satisfying (especially dinner). It is pity because all the good restaurants in the area should be reserved in advance.

The accommodation was very nice and modern. It is directly located at the beach with private sunbeds and service. The hotel offers free bikes which makes it easy to get to Follonica for lunch or dinner. The breakfast buffet had a very big offer with fresh juices and fruit.

In our initial room, our balcony view was against a wall which was different than in the pictures. However, the very friendly reception staff gave us a different room with side sea view, free of charge. Unfortunately the warm part of the breakfast buffet was often cold.
