Clean and close to the beach. Staff was nice, reactive and helpful.

Fantastic hotel two minutes from the beach and a bit away from the crowds. Perfect relaxing stay to explore the heart of the maremma Toscana.

Cute little hotel a few blocks away from the main strip. Also very close to the ocean. There is a big campsite right across, so need to go around to access the sand. Our room had everything we needed and the room was a good size (nice tall ceilings). Bed was ok! Breakfast was great and had lots of different options as well as nice coffees. The service at the front desk was superb going above and beyond to help us out!

It could be very helpful if the rooms have a possibility to hang the towels, etc... after the bath in the sea.The restaurant that cooperates with the hotel offers delicious dishes, but not all the Restaurant staff are nice. Probably the younger ones still need experience??

The hotel is close to the beach and is only a 10 minute walk away from the town centre. Our room was quiet and had great storage facilities for our luggage. We enjoyed a very generous breakfast.

It was a shame that the neighbouring house was so close to our hotel window.

The location is great. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful.

This is my third stay at the property. I appreciated the refurbished room. Breakfast was great with ample choice, good coffee and friendly staff.

Soundproofing could be better, notably the door to the room. Bed/ mattress too soft. Staff at checkout was not exactly customer-minded.

if we want to find a consider maybe the type of bad ( 2 single instead of a double bad ) but as i mentioned it is really a personal thing

Near the beach. Stayed here to go to Cala Violina the nect day which was great. No problem finding a parking space or a fantastic restaurant nearby (La Bottega).

Poor breakfast.Poor menu...No vegeterian options.Extremely dirty.Gave us another room...not the loft we've booked.Aircon switched off at night...boiling. Unable to put it on.No water one night.

Clean, great breakfast, very good staff. Renting bikes. Nice beaches across the street and all up and down the strand.

Our suite was over a restaurant. There was a very loud party that went on until after midnight! No paper towels or kitchen towels in the kitchen. No plates in the kitchen. Bad smell in the shower.
