Fabulous facility, easily one of the nicest on the San Benedetto del Tronto Riviera delle Palme.Amazing views from mybalcony and rooftop solarium.The breakfast buffet was great. Staff became my friends & super helpful. Love this place!

The a/c control. A/c works great but if want to adjust the temp you have to call. I called three different times and no one picked up but worked with front desk to adjust. Please place the control back in the rooms. 25€ to use a beach setup. Whoa…

Location, very clean room and hotel. The breakfast selection was the best I've seen in any 5* hotel. Staff in breakfast area was very friendly and welcoming.

The bed was the worse I've had. It was hard as a rock. Needs to be changed or a comfortable pad added.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in front of the hotel there is a classic itaian beach with sunbeds and umbrellas (for which you'd need to pay), but next to this beach is the "kid's beach" where you can enjoy yourself for free. The hotel's own pool is also great with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The breakfast was excellent. The parking was very convenient. Lift was good. The jacuzzi was very romantic (albeit difficult entry and exit and draining). The grounds were very appealing. The electrics were superior.

Operating the hot tub. A larger bath mat would be better. The patio chairs were very low and not easy to get in and out from. The check-in time of 4:00 PM NOR loses a big part of time to enjoy the amenities.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautifully appointed and gorgeous balconies and furnishings. The breakfast was exceptional. They even had bacon. Loads of cheese, meats, fruit, nuts, cereals and even saladThere’s a nice bar onsite too. It is also within walking distance of quite a lot of restaurants The bathroom was lovely and the hair dryer was excellent

The bed was very hard My husband couldn’t stand it in the end and slept on the sofa for most of the night. I have to agree. Whilst he was in bed everytime he moved it woke me up, it was like there were no springs in the mattress

Everything was perfect, from the property grounds, breakfast options, staff members, specially the receptionists at the front desk.This is a place i will definitely return to.

The hotel offered a beachfront, very clean, bright, contemporary, friendly service, well balanced breakfast, services like bike rentals, in a great location!

Mattresses were not as comfortable as I hoped but linens great.You have to ask for blankets only sheets providedIt would be nice to getter better rates and lower parking fee.

The building was super nice, the view as well. The pool was clean.

The air conditioning is always automatically turn it on every time you go outside. Some of the staff were not well trained, the breakfast was disorganized

Good location , the roof , the bicycle

Everything was perfect .It looked like brand new .The stuff were amazing particularly the lady with the brown hair who was making the delicious desserts .It was the best place to stay .I wish we could have stayed longer We even had a mini kitchen in the room and a very big jacuzzi .plus separate double shower with the toilet .We had a big balcony overlooking the pool and the beach .They had a lift inside the lobby just glass all over .The stuff cleaned our room and balcony every day .

The hotel was clean, modern and right on the sea front.

The hotel served an exceptional breakfast spread including savory and sweet choices of great quality. The hotel has been recently renovated and offers a stellar pool area, rooftop amenities including a dipping poo. Room was well equipped and reasonably spacious with a balcony.

Really found little if anything to complain about. Well done.
