I was traveling to Sicily and decided to spend the night and it was a great surprise.

It was all good

Staff was kind and efficient.Breakfast well assorted -- though no typical sweets (panettone, pandoro) on Christmas day and new year eve.Parking fenced and with camera surveillance, offered by the property

Concierge (and door) closed after 23:00, though a side entrance was available.Breakfast served only until 10:00.Room windows with insufficient insulation, both for temperature and -- especially -- noise. The room faced the main street, with a relatively intense traffic. Frames appeared of very low quality.Room furniture was showing signs of time and insufficient maintenance; no electric socket masks (staff replied "oh, they steal them").Insufficient storage, probably well suited for one-two days stay.

Extend breakfast time to 10:30 and allow people to continue enjoying breakfast even after it closed. Breakfast was removed at 10am on the nose.

Clean, great breakfast, good parking in a secure underground carpark. Staff were helpful.

Bar not open outside restaurant times, however it wasn't a major issue and the staff were helpful.

The staff was very nice. Large breakfast selection.

Location was not close to anything. We did not know layout of town so we should have checked. Parking a little inconvenient. Could use updating.

Hotel was clean and reception staff very helpful. If visiting Cosenza then this hotel is central. Beds comfy. We were happy with our stay there.

The hot food items eg scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were used up and we had to wait about ten minutes for the replacements. In fairness there was a large group there so maybe that was why. Lots of other selections still though if you want cereals, yoghurts, pastries

Very clean and modern. Stayed for a week and the staff were brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and a lovely stay.

Our room was a somewhat worn and dated, but otherwise clean and comfortable for our one night stay.

The property was very modern and clean. Language barrier was an issue. Personally, don’t have a problem with the hotel, but wouldn’t stay in COSENZA again. Nothing to do.

Fridge not working, room safe not fixed down could be carried out of the room , no manned 24 hour reception was given a contact number if help was required your description is not correct please require it and make sure you are not misleading customers.

Decent spot to walk around and attached to a store which is super convenient. Breakfast was great and enjoyed it. Helpful and nice staff members.

The shower head had some black mold and the tub drain stopper didn’t plug the drain either rather slowed it down. The bed is also stiff and the bed sofa is softer if that is your preference.

Nice hotel, centrally located with secure parking. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Decent local amenities.

The restaurant was poor value and not of great quality for dinner. Head into town for dinner and you will get much better food and much better value at other restaurants.The place is on the verge of requiring an upgrade, it's very early 2000's

The rooms were great and spacious. Lots of towels provided and slippers are always a nice touch. The hotel included breakfast which is amazing since there aren’t too many places very close by to grab a bite.

The gym was closed the entire time, as well as the restaurant and spa. The website advertises laundry facilities but there is none offered by the hotel. The recommended for laundry is next door but that is a dry cleaners that acts as a third party laundry service to wash, dry and fold but greatly inflates the rate, so I don’t recommend going to that one

If you look at the pictures from Booking, everything is excellent. Lobi is always lovely and polite. A beautiful photo was taken of the room; it seems spacious and clean. But the reality was that the floor carpet in my room smelled like a party was held there every day.
