The great front desk reception personnel they were extremely helpful and polite, and also willing to listen and direct us to the locations we wanted to go fantastic!!!!

Bed was a little hard No hot pot in room

The first room assigned was next to the elevator and the noise from it was obvious in the room. I asked for a change and though the hotel was full, the manager moved us to a suite to eliminate the noise issue. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, though the towels were a bit thin. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and delicious. We were within walking distance of a mall with many shops and restaurants though we took a suggestion and walked further to a traditional Calabrian restaurant,which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The property was clean and in a great location. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were kind and informative.

We arrived late and had difficulty finding the right hotel. The staff saw that we were wandering around outside and they came out to greet us and take us to the right location. They were very, very kind and helpful. Also, we felt the breakfast was outstanding!

Close to restaurants, shopping , bus station.The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great buffet breakfast as well.

Bed a little hard

It’s in a good location, but it is a little plain. Their breakfast, however, was most delicious.

It was just a simple hotel, very plain room, although comfortable and clean. Very functional but not a pretty hotel.

This was an unusual hotel because of the underground parking. There's no access to the rooms via stairs or elevator. You have to walk up the drive to the street and then you walk to the reception which is around the corner on another street. It's not a big deal unless you got a bit of luggage to carry but it's worth it because of the security of the parking.Other than that, the hotel itself is great. Nice rooms, staff is great with English being spoken. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods. No restaurant but that isn't a problem because take a left outside the door and a block up the street, it's filled with restaurants and shops.

Great value for money. Staff were wonderful, hospitable and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome! Can highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something in Cosenza that’s comfortable but doesn’t cost an arm and a leg!

The breakfast at this hotel was nice. Everything else was horrible!!!

The hotel felt like a brothel. It was in a part of the town that is next to the cannabis store and smelled of weed when you walked in. The check-in went fine. The rooms are tiny. I paid for a room with 3 beds and only received 2 beds. The noise level in this hotel is horrible. There was screaming and laughing until 2 am. I could hear people in rooms next to ours going to the bathroom, having sex, blow-drying their hair, etc. Every time someone moved a chair across the floor either above or below it sounded like a horrible, long screeching sound. No sleep was had! We were to stay 3 nights, but we left after the first night. The hotel offered to put us in a higher floor, but I don't think that would solve the problem. They refused to give us a refund. The room temperature was controlled by the front office staff. We told them it was hot in the room, and he appeared to adjust it, but it never changed. I opened my window to try to let some cool air in, and there was another room window within feet of mine. A man was lying on the bed, masturbating within feet from my window. It was a nightmare!

Parking was extremely easy. Breakfast was better than expected!

The walls were so thin that you could hear a person opening a zipper from the next room. The cleaning personnel started vacuuming before 8 am.

Location very close to the main street. Spacious, well lit room.

A little old-fashioned and a bit 'tired'

The location of Royal Hotel is in the heart of Cosenza which is a massive bonus. The garage was most convienent. Breakfast was good and the staff was super helpful. Patricia

Nice staff, free parking, clean n good location

The location was very convenient, right in the city centre and close to the main bus station. The personnel was polite and happy to help us. The breakfast was a classic italian, with plenty of sweet options and good coffee.

For a 4 stars hotel, the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. The rooms were not the most soundproof, we heard everybody crossing the hallway, and we were even troubled by some drilling during one day. We understand that is not a common habit to eat vegetables in the morning, but some options of this sort would have been highly appreciated.

This hotel is very nice and the location is great. It's right off the blocks long pedestrian mall that we thoroughly enjoyed. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was typical and good. The front desk crew was excellent. They arranged for our taxi request in a fine way.

The WiFi in our room was lousy. My iPhone would bounce from WiFi to data and eventually refust to connect to WiFi. Connecting my laptop was impossible unless I went to the lobby. That prevents a 10 rating.

Royal Hotel is simply the best place for a short or a long stay in Cosenza. First of all the staff is fantastic, then also the place and location, and the facilities including garage and a perfect espresso.
