Excellent location for hiking in Sila

The hotel has seen its best times, it looks shabby and requires maintenance and repairs.

The breakfast was decent, but after sleeping in an unsanitary environment, frankly, it was the last thing I thought about.

Uncleaned corners, cobwebs on the broken mosquito nets (the photo speaks for itself), sticky floors. On the other hand, the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned. But I'll be back cleaning the room myself, not out of masochism, but to make a sincere contribution and wish for better hygiene management.

We really like this hotel, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they make Grace our Dog welcome.

This Hotel has the most amazing breakfast, pity we could not make use of it this time since they were only going to open breakfast at 08:00 and by 07:50 there were still no signs of breakfast so we had to leave without. We had an early morning appointment so could not wait.It is not the Hotels fault, but the Stray Dogs that surround the Hotel bark non stop the entire evening making it difficult at times to sleep.

Great location , close to Cupone visitor centre, that is the starting point for many trails, and to Camigliatello Silano, quite a busy little town with several restaurants and a supermarketThe food by Emanuele Lecce , their very talented chef , was some of the best we had eaten There is ample car parking. Inititial impression from the road is fairly non descript, but it is comfortable and roomy and we really got to like it

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well appointed with high quality fittings. The views from our rooms were great. It is located about 7kms from the main town so is relaxed and peaceful and has a garden to sit and enjoy the views. The bathroom had a spa bath although we did not use it. In the ski season I consider this would be a great spot to relax after a long day in the snow.

The room was clean and spacious but would benefit from some updating and some pictures on the walls.The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The staff were all lovely and helpful and friendly. Overall it was fantastic value for money.

A bit noisy in the corridors.

The room was big and they allowed me to keep my bicycle inside. The bathroom was also big and warm. The restaurant was excellent, with dishes created by the chef to represent the flavours of Calabria. Breakfast was abundant and good, a mix of sweet and savoury options.

WiFi was really bad. Also no 4G coverage so you really need wifi

The location was fine to explore the area (Sila), the owner was nice and ready to address issues.

WiFi was overall bad, it should be improved considering that in the area the mobile network was not sufficient.The room did not meet the expectations considering we booked a junior suite. It was basically a big room but it was poor in furniture, the bed was also not very comfortable.The surroundings of the room were very noisy (starting from 08.00), simply because the terrace is shared/used for guests breakfast.I would not take the junior suite again and spending more to have such conditions.

I liked the garden and the space outside! the dogs and the little puppies were so awesome!

The staff and management of the Hotel were friendly and welcomed us and our Pet with open arms, we felt at home and so did Grace our Dog. We will be sure to visit there again.
