Hotel Grecale - Venturina Terme

It's a very nice hotel, with kind staff, nice and clean pool, right next to train station to access various places in one go. I would suggest to buy italy in tour from trenitalia to travel comfortably. We were sceptical about breakfast before coming, because of the reviews. But whoever wasn't satisfied with their breakfast was probably expecting phoneix egg or something, because it was very comprehensive including all different kinds of breakfast meals for every taste.

Air conditioner was making a sound which is kind of annoying

Stayed for two occasions and would definitely stay again. Located near train and bus station, clean and very friendly. They also serve dinner which was very delicious!

It doesn’t have an AC I texted the staff nobody answered I had to sleeping on windows opened to take a breath all night

We stayed one night only before getting an early morning ferry from the Piombino Port. Nice sleep. Good breakfast. Parking place for free. Small fridge in the room. Pool for chill. Nice hotel

Good location, close top the highway and well equipped hotel. We arrived last minute and check in was available 24/7 by the security guard.

We requested two separate beds, that was unfortunately not accommodated for.The rooms were very hot when we arrived, no air condition available and room has not been aired.

Reception was 24/7 and in general not a horrible place

We were given a room with a view to all the external aircon that made really loud noise all night long, that room should not be rented out to guests! Staff should know at least some basic English.Cleanliness could be improved, the shower was tiny my partner is 6.2 and could not fit in there.Pool was dirty even at 9 am in the morning, looks like nobody cleaned it for a LONG time

We didn't like that we arrived at a completely closed hotel. It was deserted. The phone number on the door didn't get answered. It was down to a local lady that we got excess to a room outside. More like a motel room. The room was very clean but sterile. No atmosphere at all. We had spent more than usual as it was a birthday treat. The breakfast buffet was not open. A limited choice was offered. ( By a very friendly member of staff, the only staff member we encountered)

Location is super and the staffs are super friendly. The room is clean. All good!

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, great service, strong wi fi, delicious breakfast (cheesecake and chocolate cake are great). I was especially impressed by the care and attentive attitude of staff to the guests of the hotel. There is really a very warm and positive atmosphere) I was satisfied)

Location, we had to take the ferry to Elba and it was just 15 minutes from the harbour

Bathroom was extremely outdated. The shower was horrible with a shower curtain (thought we abandoned them in the 90's).But, they (allegedly) just opened and are eager to learn for improvements.
