Hotel Oriza

The food was great. Included breakfast was huge and really diverse, restaurant's menu contained some great positions, staff super nice. Nothing to complain about. Actually, food made our stay :) Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious. Everything's alright in that matter.

The only thing I didn't like was room's temperature. I had a feeling it was pretty chill, despite radiator being on top setting.

Scratched furniture. And the "view", let's say we didn't have a view.

Was nice and clean and good for the price. For one night stay it was perfect.

In the early morning, around 5.30, there was, we think, a food delivery for the restaurant downstairs and it got loud. The room was right above the restaurant and in the evening you could hear cleaning up.

I didn't like a Long dark corridor at a first floor. It looks scary ?

The location of the Hotel, excellent cuisine and the friendly & hospitable attitude of the staff. Very elaborate and diverse menu in the breakfast buffet and laudable culinary expertise of the chef.

The Hotel needs an elevator to cater for easy access to the upper level.

outside area is realy modern. the lobby and the restaurant are also quite nice. the room is another story!!

the rooms need to be renovated. furniture is outdated, the sofa hat stains on it. the matrace was terrible. if you are not old and deaf, you will hear the. electeic box resonating all night.besides you will also hear every conversation and activity your neighbour have. and also neighbour of your neighbour. you will hear it all!!moreover you will need to search for electric plug, which are located behind the sofa and behind night stand.breakfast was good and if you are first at the restaurant, the selection is great. once more people come, the table gets empty and wont be filled in fast enough.wenn we came there were a plate with 5 pancakes (it was realy tasty). we stayed at the restaurant for another 40minutes, the panckase were not filled in once... sad

Hotel based in quiet area. Shops, fast foods really close to the hotel. Staff members very friendly, tried best to make sure me as a customer was happy at the premises. John Paul the second outside blow my mind. Every time I went for cigarette I had to pop up to see if he is still standing lol. Will be back defo.

To be honest the bed is the main thing I did not like. Not really comfy however, I am pretty sure the rooms with higher standard had better beds but at the time I was staying there no higher standard rooms were available.

good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, even got a coffee when leaving earlier on the last day - really good service!

dusty and dirty

There is no light, the chandelier is covered with cobwebs, the only window and there the cobwebs are covered around the edges. The entire surface is covered with dust, these are a table, a chair, a sofa and a window sill. bed is a separate art of horror. in the morning the feeling that you plowed the field all night.probably when a guest rents a room for the night, he is given the most terrible room, so that he would never return.But! the staff is good, kind. good nature and location. everything else is HORRIBLE!!!

Bath doesn't work and after complaining they could not reper , there is no shower.

The room was large and clean, breakfast was great, personnel was super friendly, parking always had a space, great territory for kids to play around.

Quite noisy from the road, especially if the window in the room is open. Breakfast consists mainly of pre-sliced meat, cheese (meaning not looking very fresh), lack of fresh vegetables. All types of jam looks and tastes the same - strange colour and unrecognizable taste.

Room entrance door doesn't reduce sounds from outside (if you have noisy neighbours walking through the floor)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast plentiful and restaurant food delicious too. The rooms were clean and specious and plenty of parking space made it an ideal place for our visit to that region.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre of Gdów. The reception staff were very nice and made sure I was as comfortable as possible after a long journey when checking in. The room/bathroom was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Air-con worked very well and I certainly recommend getting a room with it on warm days. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot/cold food - the jelly with fruit was a nice addition to the typical hotel breakfast. I also had a nice evening meal in the hotel restaurant. I would definitely stay again.
