One of the most incredible stays of my life. From the moment O stepped into the property, it was a fairytale. Pictures do not do this property justice. The staff, the scenery, the food… a true epitome of a 5 star hotel. A very special feature is the evening maid service- I came back after dinner to a prepared bed and changed linens ready to sleep. Already planning my next trip.

It was beautiful! Stunning views, amazing dining, fabulous service and rooms. The beds were comfortable and the pools were pristine.

The place is beautiful but not worth the price for sure

Michelin restaurant was overpriced and the food was not that great. Lack of seasoning. There’s no gym in a 5 star hotel. This place don’t have local wines, mostly imported wines and super expensive. Roads are very narrow and only one way, so be careful if you come in an suv. Pathways are rocky. Don’t recommend to wear sandals or heels. Wear shoes.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Tuscany, the staff was so charming and very nice. The entire surroundings is just breathtaking! The breakfast was exceptional, the food from the restaurant was delicious! They offer plenty of activities to do! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, decorated with a lot of style, the attention to detail was very present. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury yet comfortable and warm palace!

The staff were fantastic, the room amazing, the evening meals outstanding and the cookery class with Silvia, the Michelin-starred chef absolutely wonderful!

Hard to get into Cortona town but the property itself is a destination.

Stunning location

The meal on the first night was awful . We were eating with friends and completely forgot one of the main meals . When it arrived it was cold and the pasta hard and inedible. They kept forgetting things . Another table of guests was getting cross too . The toilet seat was broken in the room when we arrived . No restocking of mini bar / toiletries . Not the normal standard of relais and chateau .

Amazing hotel staff and rooms everything g was exceptional , the breakfast was abundant and delicious, the grounds are gorgeous so picturesque, the pool area is amazing the pool staff where all wonderful

The Michelin star restaurant was not that great I’ve eaten all over the world and this was below par , my husband and I both ordered different meals and we did not enjoy either meals over priced and not very enjoyable , the food we had ordered from room service was so much nicer

Great location with a unique view of Cortona. The resort is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The Michelin star restaurant was absolutely excellent on the first two visits. The third dinner did not reach the quality of the previous ones, but we had the opportunity to discuss everything with the chef :).

We had a chance to do cheese-making class with Silvia Baracchi, simply unique and one-of-a-kind experience! Room beautifully designed and staff just perfect, truly made us feel at home ...

Relais & Chateaux IL Falconiere was an exceptional property and worthy of 5 stars. It was the perfect oasis right outside of Cortona to enjoy both the Tuscany and Umbria hilltowns. We stayed a total of three nights having dinner at the one star michilien restaurant two nights and the ambiance, service and quality of dining were exceptional. It was really enjoyable to spend the day driving in the nearby Tuscan and Umbrian villages and then enjoy a late afternoon couple of hours in our own tuscan countryside with pool and fine dining experience. Breakfasts in the original greenhouse were also outstanding with ambiance and local abundance!

Very nice and quiet location close to the beautiful town of Cortona

Some staff members had real attitude issues. When we arrived on our last evening at the bar the first thing the barkeeper told us that he was tired.

This hotel/experience could not have been better. The attention to detail was unmatched. Beautiful/large room with spectacular views. It was everything we had hoped for and more. We were able to take advantage of the Michelin star restaurant, the amazing breakfast, the hotel's wine tour and the spa. Everything was literally steps from our room. Was very easy to schedule things in Cortona as the reception would set up transportation and make reservations for us.
