Villa Borgo San Pietro

First of all, the location is stunning! A beautiful villa tucked away in the Tuscan hillside. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully vintage, the bathroom was a good size, and the AC was amazing! They also provided free cold drinking water, which is awesome. The continental breakfast was really good as well.

Honestly, no complaints.

The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful and very attentive. The breakfast was excellent - fresh and great choice and nicely laid out. Nice to have the option of coffee choices. Bedrooms well appointed, very clean and spacious.

Looking a bit tired in places - especially entrance and pool areas. My pool chair was uncomfortable and difficult to operate. Chairs at front of building also rather tatty.

The Receptionist Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this for a nice and quiet stay.

Location; farm; attentive and friendly staff except one person. Outstanding breakfast buffet daily!

It was a fairytale holiday for us. Villa stand on peaceful environment. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Pool side and garden gave serenity. We definetly will come back!

the hotel is surrounded by hills and olive trees and well tucked away from the main roads. That was exactly what I chose it for. Having breakfast in the middle of the landscape itself was like a celebration. The pool was quite big and good for swimming.

The gym was stuffy and smelled of diesel, even though the door was always open. But going for a little hike in the area was pleasant enough.

Easy to find with Google Maps, Concierge was available for late check in, very kind staff, beautiful property!

Appreciated we had kitchen dacity but as a vacationer , could of have a restaurant for an easy supper , it gets so dark and small roads , would of appreciated eating on site

The location, room, breakfast and the hosts

This was second time we visited Villa Borgo San Pietro. We can only recommend this lovely place near to Cortona. Staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is great!

All good, if we need to mention something, then rooms are a bit small, but still OK. And in case you are coming with family, then they have apartment houses.And you need good legs to climb to your rooms, however also not too hard.

The property is absolutely beautiful and very close to Cortona. Pool views are amazing! All of the staff were outstanding and provided us with excellent dinner options. Alessandro went above and beyond to help us find a hot air balloon ride which unfortunately was not available. They were also able to book us an amazing massage in our room. Nice morning breakfast was served daily.

The only complaint was the uncomfortable beds which could use updating.

Lovely service. Lillian came outside to meet us when we arrived. This was a really nice touch compared with someone standing behind a reception desk. This level of friendly and efficient service continued throughout our two day stay. The buildings, the grounds and the swimming pool area are all beautiful and there are fantastic views to Cortona and over the vines. In a lovely, quiet setting but withCortona only a five minute drive away (and free to park). Cortona is less touristy than many other places in Tuscany and this adds to its charm. Apartment was spacious and immaculately clean.

A couple of minor things which I hope wouldn’t put anyone off:The apartment was a little basic and the bed a bit soft and bouncy for our liking. I never usually get bitten but got a number of mosquito bites at the pool.

We loved our stay in this villa! The surroundings are beautiful. The pool wasn't crowded at all and the sunbeds were really comfortable. The staff was super helpful and always happy. We wish we had stayed there longer.

Super comfy and nice location. Alessandro is amazing and the whole concept is cute and interesting. Not to many people.

It would be so great if there was a restaurant to enjoy a propper lunch or dinner.
