Location clean good breakfast

The hotel is situated a short walk from the town center, and many good restaurants. In towns like this arriving by car can be a challenge. The hotel made it as painless as possible.

The location, the staff was pretty friendly, very clean. Appreciated the staff quick response for any questions. The breakfast staff was great and responded to all our request.

Expected to have three sleeping areas so that was a bit disappointing. We had to adjust, also the flight of stairs to go to the loft and bathroom location was a bit of a struggle for the three of us. We had to keep a light on which was a little hard to sleep with to assure if we had to go up the stairs it was safe. The top stair should be checked. It is a big higher than the other stairs.

Gorgeous, historic property! Very clean and super comfortable. The staff was excellent: friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to stay again!

This is how an old palazzo should be converted into a hotel. Stylish rooms, tasteful decor, attractive communal places throughout. Attentive and pleasant staff. Our room had a few steep steps to go up to but the view from the balcony was worth it.

The location is good, stunning view from the window. Lots of good restaurants, nice shopping street and we also did a hike to a beautiful Castel nearby. The staff was very nice, plus a tasty breakfast. They also let us keep our luggage until we had to leave

The location is around the corner from a main square. Excellent service from staff. We stayed an extra day. Good breakfast and large hotel room with wardrobes. And an elevator for you over packers. Have hotel arrange a taxi to pick u up at the train station before you arrive-- a great recommendation I read in another review. Working air conditioning!

I would have loved a bathtub! Bathroom was very spacious.

Extraordinary friendly staff and very helpful!! Our room was quiet and just perfect for us after a very long journey;) The breakfast was also delicious and a wide variety of foods was offered.

Had difficulty securing a taxi on a Sunday morning. Was told I should have made arrangements the day before. Oh well. I walked instead.

No taxis at the train station when we arrived. Had to call hotel to arrange for one.

Don’t expect valet parking… It was never available. The location was great, however, it was extremely noisy.

The reception staff were so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with information and storing my bag and showing me where to go. The breakfast staff warm and friendly and happy. The room was fabulously quirky in shape and nicely decorated in keeping with the history of this building. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again and again.

The bed was firmer than I like but that’s my personal preference.

Nice rooms with a nice view. We were only there one night but it was a good room that was conveniently located near the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good, with a few protein options, (hard boiled eggs, ham).
