Cons -
- The property was not clean. Very poor internet service. People were not attentive to guests needs. Not fluent in English. No shower curtain as a result the whole bathroom gets wet after shower.
- The building and surrounding was nothing like the photos, but we still liked it. It's an old motel basically with super friendly staff.
- The room was not good. There was a hole in the ceiling, it was not clean, it was very dated, the beds not comfortable. Breakfast was of poor quality.

Fair price hotel outside Cortona. Only for travellers by car.
delicious food on a jasmine-scented terrace. That's vacation at its best.
the building could use a refresh,
The location of the hotel is strategic to visit several towns in that area of Tuscany. The breakfast was nice, and the woman who served it was very friendly. Parking at the premise is free.
The room was quite small, and in general the hotel is visibly not new. It’s fine to stay for a couple of nights but I’m not sure I’d stay there longer.
The breakfast was better than I expected
