Breakfast was substantial and varied and quite delicious.

Bathroom shower set-up was a bit awkward.

Excellent breakfast each morning with stunning views. Silvia was a most accommodating host making our stay the best it could be. And she knows everyone!

The room was super cute and clean, and the staff was friendly

The snacks and mini bar in the room were processed and kind of gross there wasn’t any wine which is weird for Italy. The photos seem to make it look better than it was. The pool wasn’t as nice as it showed. Also, it was 20 minutes walk out of this main city. Breakfast and dinner was not good at all despite the staff acting like they were the staple Abel‘s for other visitors even though the room looked nice. It was the most uncomfortable sleep. I had in my two weeks in Italy staying at multiple properties I think it was overpriced for what it was And I would not come back here. The pool was definitely not the vibe as the photograph.

Excellent location with breathtaking view of the area. It is within a walking distance to the old town. The facility was very clean and the room well equipped. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was succulent with lots of variety of food. Silvia the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely recommended if you visit the area.

A wonderful experience at Locanda Agli AmiciOur stay at Locanda Agli Amici was absolutely lovely. The place is beautifully maintained—so clean, neat, and peaceful—and the pool area is a real bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.Yolanda, the owner, was incredible. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even picked us up and took us back to the train station—such a kind and generous gesture that we truly appreciated. Breakfast was also fantastic—delicious and prepared with care.We highly recommend this charming place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and truly hospitable stay. Thank you so much, Yolanda!

Love it all

The place was lovely, clean and nicely decorated - staff couldn't have been more helpful, given that it was low season and I think we were the only people staying.

Nothing - we look forward to returning in the summer when we can take full advantage of the pool and the beautiful days.

Everything was fine

Let Cate’s just above the medieval town of Cortona. Easy to get to the old town. Convenient to get to other nearby towns as well

Parking was a challenge at times

Great crew. Silvia, the owner, was amazing and explained us everything we needed to know about the area and even suggested to pick us from old city at night in case we wouldn’t find taxi. 10/10, very recommended!

Calm beautiful and boutique nature of the hotel.

Location is just above Cortona up on a hill (about 25 minutes walk up). I didn’t mind walking up and down but it’s very uncomfortable to do when it’s so hot or when it’s dark. It’s hard to find taxi that will drive you up the short distance. Silvia was kind enough to help with pick up and drop off a few times!

The host and staff were very kind, polite. Silvia and Claudio are doing a great job to make you feel welcome. The accomodation has a breathtaking view with nice and clean rooms.

Having to say goodbye to it

The breakfast was fantastic. A buffet with anything from cereal, cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and pastries and fresh fruit. You can also order hot food cooked to order such as scrambled eggs and bacon or omelette. It also included juices and tea/coffee.The terrace and pool area were lovely with a fabulous view. Unfortunately for us the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to use these facilities. The location was good, at the top of the hill, just above Cortona which made for beautiful views.Silvia the manager and staff were so friendly and attentive which made our stay even more pleasant.

We stayed with Sylvia in her lovely hotel for a week. The bedrooms are very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed some time relaxing around the pool which was a great break from our busy schedule. There's a lovely walk from the hotel into Cortona which we did almost daily. Breakfast included is a bonus and we also ate dinner at the hotel and enjoyed a great meal.

There isn't anything to not like. Sylvia is a wonderful host, who goes out of her way to assist you in any way.

Spotlessly clean modern boutique hotel in a wonderful setting

Slightly hard to find but in fact a wonderful 15 minute hilltop walk int Cortona made it entirely worth it

Pool area wasn’t ready yet (end of may, with sunny weather when we arrived) due to bad weather in the weeks before. Luckily they made it ready the 2nd day of our stay

Sylvia was so nice and welcoming, content us before the arrival ands ecven wait for us (we came at 22:30) for dinner, our experience there were magical, the view the location and again Sylvia help us with all our needs and quest So patiently, next time in Tuscany will be there again!

We loved the location, just out of Cortona. The small Cafe on the Corner nearby was a perfect example of Italian warmth and friendlyness.
