Great location, very friendly staff. Family room was large and perfect for traveling with two kids (separate room with a large bed, main area had two twins in it).

Wifi was lacking due to the walls of the medieval building (as anticipated - the hotel warns about it). While clean and comfortable, the decor looked a bit worn out (not outdated, just worn out/used); it's ready for a refresh.

You can't beat this location, just off the main square in Cortona. It's an easy walk to the lovely park and all the shops. The breakfast was easy and delicious. The staff was helpful and gracious.

It's right near the center of Cortana, which is great and it's a lovely building with attentive and friendly stuff and was pristinely clean

The bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable and felt more like a cot than a bed. It was also difficult that there was no space in the hotel to be during the day or to work except for a very dark little desk downstairs or the very rickety tiny desk in my tiny room that had no real lights since the window looked right at another building that was like 2 feet away

I loved the location and the incredible view at breakfast. The staff were friendly, respectful and helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was a little chilly in the room.

The location was great, the views too, and the experience of sleeping in a building from the 15th century is something special. The staff were very polite and we liked them immediately.

Breakfast was very basic, with very few options to choose from every morning. Only book this hotel if breakfast isn't a big deal for you.

Location excellent. Right off of the Piazzza della Republico. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Furnishings in the room were minimal and old. Breakfast could be better, with more choices.

WiFi internet very poor. Room had 2 smart TV’s but neither worked as internet was so slow!It wouldn’t matter to many but we had a child and were back in the room at 9pm.

Location was great . We drove the car directly into the old town and unloaded our luggage. Very narrow streets. We had free parking below the old town. Rooms were warm . Breakfast was good , but basic.

The single beds are very hard. The room and bathroom although clean is very dated. Steep walk up the hill from car park.

First of all, what a very kind staff. They did the outmost to make it comfortable and made sure i would have a great stay. I got a free upgrade and the room was amazing. Very typical Tuscany style. The location just perfect and close to the piazza. Will come back if I am around.

The staff were cordial..alwasy willing to go the extra mile!. The entry , breakfast area and my room were great!

One day the breakfast room was crowded and my table was in the sun. I left and came back later. That oculd not really be controlled by anyone. It worked out fine.

Location is fabulous, except the steep walk up when the road is closed but good for cardio. Staff superb.

Nothing, enjoyed the stay

The welcoming staff. The lovely location and the range of breakfast. The perfect central location. The positive spirit of the hotel generally. The quiet space and comfortable beds.Anything I needed or any advise I needed was handled gracefully and accurately.

Breakfast was my best experience. Food, views were very good! I suggest adding eggs on the table. Coffee machine was bad it didn’t taste anything.

Shower nozzle was loose and was not working properly. A desk was too small.

Wonderful, helpful people and breakfast was perfect overlooking the rooftops. Excellent location in town.
