Casablanca Hotel

Nice breakfast and the lady preparing it always smiling and servicable. BÊxcellent cleaning and the cleaning lady always available, smiling and helpfull.

Unfortunetly besides above smiling and agreable staff, everybody else working there need to be a little more smiling & friendly. It is sad for a beautifull place like this to have an unfriendly service.The swimming pool is not part of the hotel and you need to pay extra for it. It is also open to outside guests and children open air colonies. The day we went and the moment we arrived and paid, one of the kids "releaved himself" in the pool and so we have been asked to get out in order to clean it. We did not want to wait or to reenter to a pool with fisies and asked to be reimbursed (8Euros) but the staff told us that it was not their mistake. Not very customer oriented action!Too bad because the hotel position and everything else are fabulous.

Very sweet lovely family run business overlooking the rolling hills of olive grooves. The balcony overlooking them was spectacular. The desserts were home made and very delicious. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable

Very poor communications. I asked if we could have dinner via email 6 hours before, either no reply. The aircon did not work. Big list of minibar items, but only water in there. Bathroom light goes out after 2 minutes in the shower. Staff seem untrained and property doesn't appear to be checked for functionality.

From the very friendly welcome to the handshakes as we left it was a great stay. The room was large and the balcony could have held 30 people at least. The views were stunning as well. Dinner was excellent , nothing fancy pizza being prepared in full view on one side of the kitchen and the remaining dishes on the menu on the other. The night was quite and we slept without interruption. Breakfast can be taken in the room or back in the restaurant. The lady spoke I’m not sure how many languages and talked to everyone in their own language while we helped ourselves to the large buffet . We were sorry to be leaving that morning . What a place what a team running it.

This is no complaint but merely a fun thought . Whilst obviously Casa Blanca is White House in Italian , it might be fun perhaps in the bar area to make some reference to that other great Casablanca one of the greatest movies ever with Humphrey Boggart and Ingrid Bergman in the lead roles.

This is a great place to stay for a stopover/stay out of season - in season ( June - Mid Sept ) the dominant factor is the Swimming Pool (and Restaurant) - Restaurant was very active when we stayed , which was great for us and so we enjoyed a good meal . Luckily being very cold and early October , swimming pool was out of action. Apart from that I think the rooms or " Hotel " part of the establishment a bit neglected , check in was OK but clear that concentration was on the Restaurant which was fair enough..Anyway the most amazing thing was them serving breakfast in the Room at 9.45 , which we never experienced before in Italy where Breakfast is included . And the Breakfast was really good with Scrambled eggs , toast , Croissants everything we ordered . Room was also very pleasant with 2 Single beds as requested and enormous balcony with a super view of Civitanova Marche . If in the Marche out of season definetely will return here . !!

No plastic cups or glasses provided in the room nor free water and coffee machine didnt work . Automatic lights in the bathroom a bit off putting and a bit over the top from the Eco point of view .

Lovely bedroom. Huge balcony with view. A very good breakfast was prepared by an exceptional lady who cooks pancakes and omelets to order!

The slightly drunken singing from the pool bar which, I believe, is run by a different group.

Smiling staff and always available even though we arrived at 01h00 in the night instead of 23h00.They waited!!!

I would love a bit better breakfast

Undoubtable the stunning view. Could bot get enough of it. Also the food was marvelous. Absolutely worth going back.

The pool area was probably closed, as it was late in the season, still it wasn't in it's most glorius state. The area could be wonderful and enjoyable without a swim, if only it had been taken care off a little better. It is the most valuable area of the hotel, with stunning view.

Our room had a wonderful, huge balcony, and was very clean and comfortable. The views of the surrounding hillside and peak of the ocean are very nice.

We could not figure out how to turn off the light in the bathroom, so it was on all night and seem to have a mind of its own. Same with the light outside on the patio. The steps down to the big pool needed a little bit of maintenance.

The property was in a stunning location with refurbished rooms. peaceful with an amazing view.

Everything was perfect. I was met with a lot of interest and smiles that exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful. Morning breakfast was great. I didn't have dinner because of the time to reach the hotel. The room was very nice and clean and had a great terrace. I loved the view. I will stay here again when I come to this area. I will also have dinner here. I loved the hotel, the family that owns it and their staff. If you are passing through this area, consider staying here.

Casablanca exceeded our expectations. We almost booked one of the beachfront hotels in Civitanova Marche, we were just having second thoughts about parking and breakfast selection. Thank goodness we stumbled across Casablanca! We booked a double room with a pool view and had a lovely terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Ample parking free of charge, superb breakfast selection - they gave us a piece of paper every day and we were supposed to tick off what we wanted to have for breakfast the next day, write down our room number, if we wanted to have breakfast in our room or downstairs in the restaurant and at what hour. We had breakfast in our room at 7:00 am every morning. They were always on time, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious, furnished and equipped at a very high standard: high-quality materials, excellent mattress (one of the best we've ever had at a hotel), very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant, but we noticed a lot of people were coming in and the restaurant was very busy (almost packed) at noon and during dinnertime, so I'm guessing food must be pretty good. Would definitely visit again when we're back in the area.

Nice new room, comfortable beds, big terrace with great views. Also people of the hotel were very friendly.

Swimming pool is a public external poolfor which you have to pay extra. Was not aware of this

The property is new , rooms are very nice and well furnished. We took the king room with hydromassage that wasn’t cheap for 1 night.The restaurant is very good, food is well cooked and I would go to the restaurant again.The swimming pool is nice too, water is clean and well organised.

While I was trying the shower with hydro massage, the hot water stopped working and I couldn’t enjoy it. Also the tv stopped suddenly showing the tv channels. I raised it with the owner but they didn’t offer a discount, just said sorry.

I loved this property and everyone who worked there! I never wanted to leave! The rooms are amazing and the food was second to none. I ate nona's homemade pasta for lunch and will never be the same!
