The location is awesome! Steps from the sea, shops, and restaurants.

Roberta was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, explained details carefully. All the staff are kind and very attentive without being intrusive.We will stay here again when next in Civitanova Marche.

The hotel had spacious rooms and very clean. Underground parking was an extra bonus.Located close to the beach and local restaurants.Staff friendly, had a lounge area and breakfast area on the same floor as rooms.

The whole hotel gave off a lovely clean, fresh vibe with amazing reception. Felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as we arrived.Room was large, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with good variety, and the breakfast staff excellent..The location is perfect, a few metres from the beach and a few roads from the shops and restaurateurs. We used the private parking provided for a nominal cost, which was a bonus. Can't say enough about the two staff on reception. So helpful with greetings, information, helping us print some documents and both spoke excellent English which helped us alot. Nothing was too much trouble. Would be my first choice if we visited again.

We were really impressed by how the cleaning is done which is very important travelling with a small child. Room was always bright and clean, the towels were changed daily, same for the pillows. I cannot imagine a better place, cleaner and with a kitchen for an amazing report of money vs. quality in Civitanova! We absolutely love it and it is our 2nd time here! The family rooms are very spacious and it makes it ideal for a family trip. Very close to the sea, the city centre, the shops, the restaurants and all the good things Civitanova has to offer.

There is nothing we did not love. Maybe we would just suggest a bit of more variety for breakfast.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast

The location to the beach and town were perfect. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was very good and they had wonderful details of pastry’s, coffee, and fruit in the hallways and lobby.

Don’t really have any complaints.

Easy to find with parking. The hotel is modern and the room was very large with everything we needed. The bathroom was big enough for both of us and the towels super. The staff were helpful when we had to leave early.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel at all. We just felt the town was a bit dirty and down at heel. Maybe because it wasn’t high season yet.

The gym, needs a little bit more equipment.On Saturdays and Friday you might catch some music noise

The hotel is nice and has very kind personnel. The position is very central, with a large variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is generous with friendly personnel. There are also areas with free coffee.

The details are not excellent: the furniture and the TV are cheap with no cable/on-demand options. The bed is uncomfortable, and the security box is of poor quality. The bathroom has cheap soap, body wash, and shampoo. The cost is not cheap, and the parking area must be paid as extra-charge. The car parking bays are small.

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Lift access.

Room was a little bland, but can see the room would be perfect during a summer beach stay with tiled floors.

The room has a great size and it is comfortable. The location is 1 minutes walk from the sea and there is plenty of free parking around if you go by car. Staff was extremely kind and helpful with any request.

Spacy room, comfortable bed, modern look, clean and tidy. Everything is less than 3 mins walk - beach, city center, restaurants and gelaterias.

Late night performance from nearby square are slightly disturbing the sleep, but not on daily basis ?

Beautiful room, welcoming staff, fresh breakfast and central location, 2 minutes walk from the center and right in front of the beach.Big size room with the inside jacuzzi was an extra treat for our evening. The bed was so comfortable and large that I had a great night sleep!Room is well insulated therfore the evening music from nearby bar was not too bothering, also the receptionist made us aware in advance of the possible noise proposing a change in room if we were early/light sleepers, but we kept the room and I can confirm music was not a boder.Excellent service and beautiful stay, would recommend it
