perfect service, unexpectedly freed up a parking spot. very close to beach and the room is very efficiently designed. just the bed was rather short

the breakfast was very basic. still overall good value

Breakfast was exceptional with such a variety offered -- room was so clean and comfortable, right on the sea...love it as a simple and affordable option when visiting the Marche!

Nothing I didn't like; it is a pretty basic deal but everything done well, it was budget-friendly and so clean and safe!

the place is centric and has everything you need for a short stay, my room was basic but good enough to get some rest and continue with my trip the day after, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it made my 1-night stop really enjoyable to discover the place

Easy to find, free parking in the street. Very nice staff. They have a deal with a restaurant just next door. Very nice and good price.

smallest room but well furnished

no WIFI, owner was very cold, not welcoming at all. earplugs not useful cos the noise was huge from trains, motors and some drunk teenagers.

Great communication, easy check in and out, free parking in front of structure, very clean small but functional, breakfast across road in another building but best breakfast setup plenty of selection and seating ?, close to beach and restaurant etc 2min walk.No real noise issue flat ground floor at rear little bit of noise from flat upstairs.Great for a short stay.

Shower outlet needs replacing won't stay in position keeps sliding down, need to run hot water for 5min to get hot.

Busy street, too noisy. Cars and motorcycles runs whole day and night. Railway is very close and you can hear trains running on every 15 minutes.

Really cute place. We liked the small details like ear plugs because trains are crossing really close. Also liked that we had fridge and hairdryer. Breakfast is great, you have a lot of different options. There is shared terrace. The owner is very nice.

The room was clean, and was basic room with everything you need.. Downside was that you can hear every noice from The street and your neighbour. But If you have earplugs, no problem.The breakfast was very good. Big plus, private parking. The staff was very friendly and everything check in-check out went very smoothly. Worth The money.

The check in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and offered all the essential amenities. The double bed mattress was very comfortable. The location was good, close to the beach and walking distance from the station.

The breakfast was not worth the effort of walking down the road to the "breakfast room". We had a street facing room and there was a lot of traffic noise during the night.

everything was perfect

Walking distance from the center of the city, you can freely roam around the vicinity of the city because it is located in the heart of it. Food store, restaurants and coffee shops are just around the corner and I love the most is the train station where just few steps away.

I can’t find dislike of the property only maybe about the breakfast area that served in a different building but not a major dislike ?

Fantastic location very close to the beach. Food nearby bars nearby and parking was right outside. I would most definitely go back if I was in the area again

The owner was really helpful, he waited for us right outside and helped us with parking, even though we arrived around 10PM. Our room had a great beach view, breakfast was included in the price. It’s not a luxury stay, but it’s very comfortable and has everything you need to have a nice stay for a couple of nights.
