Good-sized room in large hotel near the station. Very clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Good breakfast (with teapot!) included.

You have to climb up the hill to visit the old town. More than I would usually pay, but then it was Saturday night on a holiday weekend. No complaints about the accommodation.

Excellent location mid-way between Arezzo and Cortona. Busy with package tours, but they handle it very well. Good parking. Good restaurants within walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms in need of a little tlc, but everything was fine.

The room was very neat and nice. They changed the towels and cleaned the room everyday. The staff was very friendly. The location was beautiful and was close to everything. Had a very nice pool on the top floor with a beautiful view.

The pillows were a little too hard for my liking, wish they could have had a few softer pillows.

The location was easy to find, rooms were clean. Allowed us to have late check-out at reasonable price and helped us with some tips and ironing.

Very noisy, need to soundproof or ask guests not to scream. Breakfast was very poor. Very basic rooms. Pool was nice but lots of pigeon poop.

Was easy to find. The pool area was a bonus. The place was very clean.

This property was really a good property to stay at getting off the busy autobah. I am glad we stayed there. When we checked in the front desk persons really made us feel at home.

The only thing i did not like was that the pool was a bit smaller than a I imagined, but no complaints there. It was good enough the kids had fun so all is okay.

Overall a good hotel, but we experienced that some money was stolen from the room (100EUR). This most likely happened while the room was being cleaned. We should have kept valueables in hotelroom safe, but nonetheless I think this should not happen. Make sure you keep valueables in the safe during your stay.

Not well cured, lacking the little things to be supposedly 4* hotel. Rooms smelly, low maintained.

Convenient. Accommodated family of 5 with 2 rooms- king, queen plus single. Very nice views. Beautiful roof top terrace.

Better shampoo/conditioner/body wash

Very nice breakfast, comfort room, very good position to explore Tuscany.

Great central location and easy to find. Really clean and simple check in on the spot. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating.

fantastic location, Castiglion Fiorentino is a great base in Tuscany, central to every thing. clean comfortable and good breakfast.

we stayed at a busy time, it’s not as well insulated for noise but overall still very comfortable

The staff were really friendly and the facilities were better than what we expected. Location was very convenient given the proximity to the station. Good value for money.

If I had to be pedantic I’d say that the breakfast wasn’t fantastic.

Ridiculous, avoid at all cost.

Owner got drunk and started making noise dealing with replanting his trees out on the balcony at 11pm. Area which should be closed at 9pm was full of people after midnight, it was right outside our room. Some dog barking in the middle of the night, when I shouted they took it inside so now it was barking inside the hotel.Dinner was ridiculous 2 options to choose from no menu. The aquarium in the lobby is so dirty you're lucky if you see any fish in it. Shower leaking everywhere, dirty.My wife was scared the entire stay. I didn't sleep so she can get some sleep. The most ridiculous hotel ever. It is NOT a 4 star hotel!

The small village has a lot to offer: history and great restaurants! Supermarket just a 5 minutes away. Staff in the hotel is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean.

Large and comfortable room, super convenient bathroom. Nice breakfast!

The rooms are very clean, compliments for the cleaning lady. Swimming pool and terrace are nice with a view over Tuscany.

The first night our air conditioning broke, and started leaking a lot of water all over the floor. It would be nice if they offered us a other room for the night, instead they gave us some extra towels for the leaking water. They told us we will fix it in the morning (I guess that’s Italian Hospitality for you) The temperatures were very high during our visit (40 degrees during the day and 30 degrees in the night). They fixed it the next day, hooray! The younger boy and girl at the front desk were friendly, except for the older lady that told us we need to wear swimming caps for the swimming pool. (We were the only ones that wore a swimming cap while swimming, the other guests didn’t wear one. They also don’t provide the swimming caps but send you to a Chinese Store to buy one.) At the entrance of the hotel there are some Italian dudes smoking cigarettes, that work for the hotel? They don’t greet, only speak Italian with Italians. I guess that’s also Italian hospitality? The wi-fi is bad, very slow connection and most of the times it doesn’t work.
