very friendly staff, amazing views, and you cant beat the breakfast spread

The Villa was situated within a 30-00 min drive from the towns we visited. Bring your walking shoes as most towns are high on the hill and with cobbled streets. Daily breakfast was fantastic. We ate dinner at the villa several times and the food and service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and responsive - they were especially helpful in guiding our group on sites to see, in making advance reservations, passing along insider tips on where to park, etc. The owner actively interacted with the guests which was very welcoming.

The location, the structure, the staff, breakfast and everything was so good!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave me all the orientation I was looking for. Cortona is a lovely place and stay at Villa increased my satisfaction level with the region. I recommend, but unfortunately my stay was quick. I am looking for next time.

Wonderful hotel with incredible views of the countryside. Lovely outdoor spaces to relax in, enjoy a cocktail, sit by the pool and even a little hidden playground for the children. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Great location to visit the beautiful surroundings and villages. Would gladly return and highly recommend a stay here

Amazing Tuscan atmosphere with great views and attractive pool.

The typical Tuscany vibe of the villa which is an architectural masterpiece. Every corner of the building is an absolute delight especially in the evening when it has a special charm. We also enjoyed the staff who were really preoccupied by our wellbeing during the stay.

Beautiful place with great view. Comfortable and clean rooms, free parking place, rich breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Excellent bar and the restaurant. Strategic position to visit Tuscany and Umbria region.

This is the best place we stayed in our whole trip. I love history and immersing in cultures, this was what I wanted. Amazing view, fantastic food, very nice staff, and a great overall experience.

It’s not easy to get to unless you have a rented car

The physical location of the hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Our room was cute, clean and comfortable.

The only thing we didn’t love was the food. We had a four course meal : the appetizer was delicious, the pasta course was too rich and heavy, the third course was steak which was slightly overcooked and chewy, the dessert course was fine. We didn’t eat the included breakfast due to time constraints.

Staff were ver nice and the courtyard area and look of the place was lovely.

The room was extremely basis and did not have any nice touches to it. Very dark and sad looking and the roof leaked in the bedroom and bathroom, the water in the bathroom left you smelling like you had been in a swimming pool all day, so much chlorine.

Exceptional hospitality, we were checked in by Eva who was super friendly and made us instantly welcome. Very special to enjoy the sunset on the panoramic terrace and then have an amazing meal in the restaurant. Breakfast selection was incredibile.

After a long and gruelling drive, missing lunch, and slightly hangry, we had such a lovely welcome from the receptionist with a complementary Prosecco and bowl of crisps which really cheered us up.

Well this was something! The villa is charming, it is exactly the Tuscan place you want to visit. After a few days spent traveling our stay in this villa was relaxing. The rooms are cozy, spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast, dinner = heaven in the mouth. The staff is smiling, helpful and friendly. Genius Loci in here!

Location is amazing, lovely views. Room was nice. Host is extremely helpful and will offer any advise you need. The food is superb, you would never expect this from a 3 star accommodation. Great wine list too. Nice views to watch the sunset whilst having dinner. Swimming pool is large, lots of sunbeds, so you always have space. Don't think twice, book this place you will not regret it. 3 stars is underrated.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly welcoming. The pictures on Booking.com massively undersell this place - it was gorgeous with very clean rooms, a stunning location and fantastic facilities. The food was superb and the terrace was the jewel of the crown with the most amazing views out over the Tuscan hills. Highly recommend

The bed was a little hard for our liking so not totally comfortable, and the menu was a little limited, but we always found something that we liked.
