- The biggest public toilet was on the other part of hallway and smell come to hotel common area - luckily didn't come to rooms.
- The manager would not be kind to correct the invoice on the company name. Eventhough the payment was made by the company i am working for as a weekend gift they wouldn’t change the client on the invoice simply saying is not possible eventhough i checked in with booking during the reservation the company details for the invoice. This small change would not have affected them at all but this way I have to pay it from my own pocket and can not deduct it. Would have taken them 1 minute.The smell in the bathroom is unbreathable, after using the shower there is a powerful sick smell coming fron the sewers, we had to stay with the window open with -10 outside because of the smell.

Amazing views, great food and staff

The staff exceeded all our expectations, they were always there if we needed any help and were very kind and wonderful. The dinner and the breakfast were exceptional, it was delightful and delicious. Our room was beautiful with the sights of the Tatras. The place itself is something magical, we were above the clouds it's really worth the price.

Magic place to stay there for the night. Delicious dinner in the beautiful restaurant. The view in restaurant is brilliant.Very polite and nice staff.Very easy check in and getting to the top of Chopok.

You have to take the last cablecar 15:30 at the latest!
Everyone must stay here for at least one night! So I recommend to everyone to put hotel Rotunda on the bucket-list!The staff, the hotel, the scenery is exceptional! I will be back!
