Located in the valley 5 km away from P4. Peace and quite.

The extensible coach in the roʻm was very noicy when you turn in bed.

Very good kitchen and hotel location

We were unlucky with the apartment: ours was dark, small, with no view and the sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping

We chose the big aprtment on the 3rd floor, very comfortable, and nice view and nice balcony, the sound of the river was relaxing and amazing

its my 2nd time - so i knew exectly what i am getting, everithing was great

The room was tidy, and the bedding covers, towels were fresh and clean.Great breakfast, tasty and lot of varieties.

You have to book days before to be able to use the sauna, which is small and limited to 5 person, and you can only use it between the opening ours of the reception.The dinner portions were small, we stayed hungry affér. Otherwise, the food was great.We rented the apartment room for 6 person. The couch/bed was not made for us when we arrived, the beddings were just thrown onto the sofa, so we had to put on the covers and make the bed ourselves, which was pretty disappointing.

There was nothing I liked.

Location of the hotel is nice. Rooms are comfortable. The restaurant offers good breakfast.

No flexibility of the hotel staff at all and poor services. 1. Price was not adjusted according to the legal modifications. We have been informed by e-mail, that after we booked our stay, local authorities have imposed a new higher city tax rate to all overnight stays. The city tax until the 31st of December 2024 was 1.5 EUR person/night but as of 1st of January 2025 onwards will be 2.00 EUR person/ night. Of course, we payed the higher city tax.On the other hand, we have also been informed, that from 1st of January 2025 onwards the VAT will drop from 10% to the new VAT rate of 5%. But the hotel still charged us the same amount for our stay!!So we did not benefit from the 5% VAT-reduction but payed the higher city tax.2. The restaurant is located in a separate building, 100 meters from the hotel. It is not convenient to get dressed for each meal and cross the parking lot. 3. Reception and the restaurant are open only until 20:00. We informed the reception that we will not arrive in due time to have our first dinner and asked if we could take it in our room as it was already payed. They replied that it is not possible to have dinner in the room, although there is a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment!! 4. You can choose your dinner the day before from 3 available options. After 6 days the list repeats. Although the quality of the food was good, the quantity was far from being enough also for children! Be prepared to order extra portions for extras money.5. Hot water is not always available and after skiing the whole day we had to take cold showers almost every time. 6. Wi-Fi is poor in all parts of the hotel.7. We stayed for 1 week but our room was never cleaned, garbage was not take out and towels were never changed! We have been informed, that on request they clean once in 3 days and change towels for extras charge. What kind of hotel is this?!And the list can continue...

Breakfast, dinner are amazing. Busstation for skibus is near the hotel. Room is clean. There is a comfortable skiroom.

Perfect location close to Jasná ski lifts, ski bus stop nearby. Really good breakfast, private sauna upon request for 1 hour a great option after skiing. Staff was nice and helpful.

Bed linen and pillows were really old, used and of a bad quality but clean. After 2 requests we received much better pillows. Overall dinner was good but a few times could be of a better quality.

Very good location , close to chopok ski resort. Comfortable rooms and delicious food served at the restaurant. Waiters are very polite and helpfull especially Anton .

It is close to the slopes, free ski bus stops in front of the property and gets you in 10-15 min. to the slopes. Delicious food with great variety. They have vegetarian choice every day for dinner and provided gluten-free bread at breakfast upon request. Great ski storage room with electrical boot dryer. Nice, quite place, no parties in the area. The property is on the other side of the creek, no traffic noise. Good value for money.

The ski bus is 2 minutes walk away and the breakfast and dinner was perfect.

The sauna was not included.

There was sewer smell in the bathroom, which was quite strong and irritating. Breakfast everyday of 5 days stayed - were identical.

Location was good, quite close to the sloap. Staff from the restaurant was nice. The food was basic even you could choose from 3 dishes. You have to register 1 day before for what you want in the second evening. This is an old hotel, renewed. The walls and windows are old. Bed`s are not confrotable and the bathroom does not have any window.

In the 2nd morning of our stay we didn`t have water in the room. We could not make a shower or wash our teeth. I went to reception and the lady was rude telling me that she know , the workers are in the basement but she can not do anything more. She said that they are not a 4 stars hotel and things like that could hapen. I told her that in this case I will wait the water to wash ourselves and make the chek out later but she said is not possible and untill 10.00 a.m I should check out. After I insist that is not acceptable the water came. I don`t know if the stopped by purpose or it was really an accident but the attitude of the lady from reception was not nice.

I decided for half-board option and was satisfied. Dinners were tasty with reasonable choice from three, main dishes. Breakfast was also good. The location was perfect for me, as I travelled by public transport. The hotel is located near a skibus stop; it's few minutes ride to the slopes. A ski room was spacey and with modern dryers for ski boots. Because hotel is located in the valley the surrounding is pretty nice.

The room was a bit fatigued and had the best time long behind it. Some refurbishment would be a good idea. It was cleanish when I arrived (dust on the carpet, spots in the bathroom). So a bit of extra touch from the cleaning team would have improved the experience a lot. Walls' soundproof was quite low.

I liked the location and the facility. The room was clean and well maintained. The drier for the skies in the basement was also a positive for me.

Missed the game room that was more promising on the pictures.At breakfast there should be title on the server menu. Would be nice to know what is served for breakfast.

- rooms are smaller than on the pictures- althrough the hotel is dog friendly (15€/dogs/stay), the restaurant is not- hotel staff tells you that you cannot leave the dog in the room alone, restaurant says you can… also hotel staff told us that they run separately, restaurant said they run together - hotel staff suggested that someone stays with the dogs in the room while others have breakfast… on a family vacation?- no elevator- wall-to-wall carpet everywhere (not the best choice in a dog friendly hotel, hard to clean)- no cleaning, only after 3 days… the cleaning lady entered our room, but would not take out the full trash can, but leave it there

Very nice place to stay. Fantastic breakfast and dinner, very nice and friendly staff!

Very hot room, needed to open windows even for night.
