All good: breakfast, free parking, free gondola ride. in summer. Staff was great and helpful, and also spoke English.

The hotel has obviously been used by hikers/skiers, etc, therefore there are stains inside the rooms. It could use a good refresh, but for a more budget option in the area it was acceptable.

Soundproofing of the room walls could be better and pillows were too soft/ fluffy.For dinner all drinks for extra charge, even water ?

Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff (reception, bar, restaurant). The room was huge, decent matreses, big soft pillow.(could be offered some firmmer pillow too)Everything was clean with daily maintenance. The toilet was split în two separate rooms, one with toilet only and the other one with sink and shower - a little akward to go between them.The view from the window was indeed stunning - the mountain covered in snow în all their splendor.We have breakfast and dinner all bufet - with plenty to choose from.The ski room is equipped with electric dryer racks for boots.In the front there are sufficient parking space, and the first ski lift is 5 minutes walking distance (în ski boots)

The toilet room was excesivelly small, almost claustrophobic :) and I am a medium tall, medium weight guy.

Perfect location for exploring Chopok area in the summer, we used as a base for various hikes. Hotel itself is a little old style, but we were not there to stay in the room. Receptionist was very friendly and helped get everything set up, you also get a free pass to use the lifts in the price which was a plus which saved us $60 Euros. You can park also onsite which is a great plus and saved 10 Euros per day. The rooms are very large, was why we choose this hotel since we were travelling with our two dogs and wanted place for their cages. The fee for dogs is 15 Euros per dog, per night which is standard. You can also take your dog to the bar/restaurant all other times than breakfast. Breakfast was basic, but good, couple of hot options, and your standards like bread, cheese, ham etc. We ate pizza one night, which was one of the best pizzas we have had for a while - perfect with cold beer

Bit more storage in the room would have been useful and better pillows would have made the stay perfect. The room was hot since the sun was on the room, there is no AC, so you need to have the window open.

No elevator in the hotel. Rooms are quite old but everything was clean. The walls are yellow, doors painted to orange, what gives the property cheap appearance. (Simple white would be the best). But only the rooms’ part is not rebuilt. Other premises are very nice?

Really nice and helpful staff.Amazing location.Delicious food! I highly recommend taking half board. The best food in the area.There is an option to have a really good masage. Playing room for kids and games upon requests at reception.

Perfect location, close to ski lifts. A stunning view of the mountains through the room windows. The hotel staff were very friendly

The outdoor jacuzzi does not work and it was not mentioned anywhere when I made the reservation. During my entire short stay of 3 nights no one cleans the room or changes the towels.There is construction going on near the hotel and the view of the beautiful mountains is partially obscured by cranes.

Location and food was good, lobby also looks promising

But the rooms…zero coziness, some unreasonable desicions like wc doors, arrangement of electric socket, no kettle, no hair dryer, no mini refrigerator…Walls looks like from paper, you can hear all your neighbours and more.I was disappointed about this stay.

Rooms with a view, spacious and clean, excellent breakfast, parking space at the property and the cherry on top: speciality coffee available in the restaurant.

Slow Wi-Fi

1. Perfect breakfast (a lot of choises), excellent location (next to slopes), friendly staff. Not a variety for lunch and dinner, but the food was excellent every time. 2. We had a big room with a large desk, perfect for our daughter who had homeworks to do. 3. Our small dog was really welcomed.

Some rules are necessary for guests. It is very disturbing that some tourists let their children play, shout and run all over the hotel, and for this reason there is a lot of noise in the hotel. It is very disturbing when you want to sleep or read a book after skiing, 4-5 children are continuously shouting in front of the door of your hotel room

Very kind staff, nice wellness, good restaurant.

Very small toilet and bathroom, not easy to go out! Rather well heard noise from other rooms.

Hotel is overpriced for the conditions. Rooms are not that nice, you can hear everything outside. Food is pricey and not that good
