Pitty it is not possible to use skipasses some other day due to weather conditions. It was raining and foggy diring our stay....as we're not aquapark fans it was waisted money

Beautiful setting close to Chopok activities.

Staff mislead us on Go Pass cards by saying they provided free stuff as opposed to just a discount on certain services. Also charged my husband for decaffeinated coffee at breakfast despite breakfast being included with our room price.

The hotel was amazing, location, amenities, and staff. The food was really good delicious, we had breakfast and Slovenian bbq which was great.

Compact in size, great in the atmosphere!

Food and drinks in the hotel restaurant were too expensive.

Smaller offer in the restaurant, but the food was very good. The breakfasts were great, lots of choice. Very helpful and polite staff in the restaurant.

The room had cobwebs on the ceiling, the beds were very uncomfortable with a cheap mattresses and pillows. We had a room facing the main road, which was quite a source of noise.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The entire hotel is beautiful and warm . The ski bus stop is in front of the hotel. This is one of the biggest facilities. Amazing breakfast. The ski pass and Aqua park pass were included.

The most wonderful place for a Tatra holiday. Perfect atmosphere, discreet and attentive service, fantastic menu and lots of space. And all around - smiling people who do their work thoroughly and sincerely.

The wellness was amazing! The style of the room, the view from the room was also fantastic. The breakfast was okay. The hotel has a private ski bus. Which was very comfy. I was satisfied with all the services. Next time I will chose this hotel again for sure.

This is our second season staying here. It was still amazing! Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great wellness and most importantly super delicious food. Bus leaves and arrives at the front of the door, very easy to get to the ski resort.

The athkosphare was unic. The hitel receptionist was so kind and polite, that I was never has similar experince before. The small greek near the outside sauna was an unbeliavable experince. Thank you.

Very good restaurant, prices like in 4* hotel :). Nice spa with sauna and spring next to. Helpful and smiling service. Comfortable and quiet room on back side of hotel (spring side). Free parking. Ski passes (fast pass) included into prize.

Spa is too small for weekend and high season with many guests.

Property in a very nice location and has well appointed common areas. Very good breakfast buffet. Excellent service staff at the bar and restaurant.

Ice cold reception staff, both during check in and check out. At all cost void rooms 101 trough 104 as these directly looking over the parking lot and main road. Also, they are on the same corridor with the spa facilities and directly accross from the bar/lobby area, too much noise and foot traffic.No or very spotty WiFi, impossible to do any work, had to go to the lobby.

the hotel and the surroundings are so beautiful, calming and the athmosphere is great. the wellness area is small, reservation was needed but it was very nice and comfortable. the breakfast was nice and the dinner very tasty. our room was very spacious and comfortable. it was a relaxing experience, thank you!

Desk & restaurant staff very friendly and polite. Rooms not big, but perfect for the stay. Heating, hot water, cleanliness, terrace - everything was fine. Breakfast very good and plenty of choices, dinner very well chosen, sufficient and tasty. Fireplace and lobby very cozy, fruit snacks & water fully available for guests. Wellness area very nice. Ski-boots room well located and handy, parking place just outside the hotel, ski-bus station at the hotel. An immense plus for fast ski-pass included in the stay package! We spent a perfect mini-holiday, it is not the first time and definitely will come back again!

The hotel is very nice. Good staff and the SPA is excellent. Our room was perfect with a big tub and a fireplace. Good parking and spacious skiroom.

The hotel is very far from the main ski area. 6 km. The ski buses that drive us up there are very full so it is not a comfortable ride. Also the dinner was average. All meet cooked in sauces and fish not very tasty.

Good location and very simple getting to the slopes. The staff were very nice and helpful. The spa is fantastic, clean and a good variety of different experiences.

The restaurant is quite expensive. The food is quite good but too salty!

Food was exceptionally good! Hotel was clean, staff was really friendly. It was well prepared for skiers, with dedicated room for skis and boots and a bus stop to the ski resort in front of the hotel. It was a really good time, thank you!
