Excellent location for access to the ski slopes.

Facilities very basic. So few guests in the hotel that breakfast options were limited. No coffee/tea making facility in rooms. Shower was just an attachment on the bath taps. We were asked to pay extra to use the very small fitness room. Rooms not well sound-proofed, but luckily no one in adjacent rooms as the hotel was so empty. Spa and pool may have been great, but were also extra cost so we didn’t use them.

Rooms need updating and could do with hairdryer in room and tea making facilities.Lack of vegetarian food.No bottles of water in rooms or available unless purchased for dinner.I think tea and coffee should be free or a complimentary drink included with dinner. Even if just water with be fine.

Ski in ski out hotel. Good food, nice staff (I am not sure about English skills, but they know Russian and it’s enough for me). Of course, good wellness area. (Be ready to be naked) They also allowed us to have late check out, helped with the taxi.

The location is amazing. You step out from the property and the ski slope that operates also during the evening is right next to it. The spa area looks well designed and it has all you need. We had breakfast and dinner and the dishes were good. Only the cakes were very basic, nothing special but the rest was good.

The reception area, the toilet at the reception and the rooms need some renovation. The room doors do not really reduces noise, you can hear everything from the corridors.

This hotel hits the sweet spot in terms of price and value for skiers. While the room might not look very appealing or modern, the location right on the slopes is unbeatable. The ski storage room is spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. It’s convenient to walk out of your room, take the lift, get dressed for skiing, and find yourself right on the slope (with just a few stairs in between). In this area, it’s hard to find an early breakfast or a late dinner, so I was happy the hotel provided both. The food wasn’t fancy, but it was fresh and reasonably varied. However, by the end of dinner, some dishes could run out. During my stay, I really enjoyed swimming in the pool or relaxing after the sauna while watching skiers through the window.

The pricing structure was a bit confusing. A single accommodation cost half the price of a double in the same room. As a solo traveler, it was a great deal for me, but for couples, it might seem unfair.

Location is great, indeed ski in-ski out, directly on a blue slope - very flat one, suitable for absolute beginners. Skiing down few meters - and you can catch few various lifts. Food on breakfast and dinner is okay, nothing special, canteen quality, but fresh. Spa area is very new, modern, spacious - 5 sauna’s, 2 pools, jacuzzi, etc

Rooms are veeery old and not cozy, same for bathroom. Spa is not included in the price, guests need to pay 15 euro per person for 2 hours, every day. Towels were changed daily, but no other proper cleaning service was done, overall the room felt dusty. Hallway and all other common areas looks very old as well. Pillows are absolutely terrible - it’s very difficult to have a good sleep on this type of pillows. Mattress is not comfy as well

Excellent location with great spa

Rooms are a bit basic. Also we booked a double room, but on arrival only twin rooms were available.

Good location in the heart of ski resort, close to the slope and ski elevator. Friendly and helpfull personel, very good food with high variety od products both breakfast and dinner. Ski cases with heating where Perfect espiacially that temperaturę was high and ski equipment including boots was aleays wet at the end of the day

Water pressure in bathroom very low. Noises grom corridor where heard even that people where note really loud. Lack of additional gabinet in bathroom

The wellness center and location to lifts were the highlights for us. We enjoyed getting into the saunas and pool each night.

The food was subpar. It was as if we were eating cafeteria food from school.

It was located in front of the ski slopes, next to the ski center. Professional ski store in the -1floor. Brilliant panorama wellness and sauna part.

Doors of the rooms are really noisy. It has an automatic close system, but if the person don’t be careful it slams the door very loudly. I really don’t like to wake up for that!!!! The cleanlady also slap the doors.. in the Finnish sauna forbidden to water the stove.One of the receptionist doesnt speak english, just a few basic word. The fan in the bathroom was extreme loud when started and stopped.. also the trash of in there wasn’t emptied before we checked in..

Good location, right on the slopes.

Hideous rooms. Like a backpackers hostel from the 1980’s. Room service folded our duvets like some kind of origami contest, but didn’t remove used glasses, replace towels or provide toilet rolls. The staff were unhelpful and rude. The spa looked amazing, but the jacuzzi was just above freezing. The breakfast was rancid.

The wellness was above average, even though the staff were rude and the jacuzzi was colder than outside.

Abysmal service at reception. Rooms are awful. Room service folder our duvet but didn’t remove any used glasses / towels.

The hotel is really clean and cozy, has a little bit of old furniture, but what matters most was the cleaning (we appreciate this more). We even had a balcony with slopes view and the room was really heated. The breakfast and dinner had a variety of sorts of stuff and the food was delicious.The SPA area is so incredible, it is clean and cozy as well and has warm temperatures after a long day on your skis. Really helpful the heated locker for the skis to dry overnight. The slopes were really near the hotel.

There would be a lot more useful if at the exit backdoor was a staircase to go to the slopes, not to be constrained to walk through rocks and mud at your own risk. Some of the staff were a bit crunky.

I like very much SPA area and location of this hotel.

I do not like the standard of rooms . Very poor .I did not like that you can not walk easily to ski lifts. There is no dedicated way from the hotel .
