- Beautiful chalet by the lake, staff were really friendly and made our stay fantastic. The food in the restaurant was also exceptional.
- Hotel Mikulasska chata is one of the best hide away hotels in region. Excellent crew, great food, nice wine card, in touch to slopes with great connection with private ski bus.
- Fantastic location, super friendly staff, delicious traditional food, free ski shuttle, great spa facilities.
Cons -
- We haven’t had house keeping once during our stay.
- I would just suggest the restaurant to stay opened a bit longer at night, although they didn't kick us out, when it was already time to close and we were still drinking wine. Thanks! ?
- Wellness is expensive with children.

Staff was very attentive and room looked just like it was described.

Wonderful hotel - clean, comfortable, and a perfect haven after a day of skiing. Food was fantastic, too.
The spa/sauna is simply amazing! Room was big, comfortable, staff was helpfull and restaurant had good options for dinner.

The bus transfer and meals were excellent.
Wellness is expensive with children.
Beautiful location and walking distance to the slopes . The front office manager, Iveta, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay special. The room was very cozy and warm with great views. The wellness centre after a day at the slopes was very calm and relaxing. We choose the half board option and compliments to the chef for amazing flavoursome food.. We defenetly recommend this Hotel.
There is nothing that I did not like
Everything was super, the personal is very nice and helpful, the room was perfect and we loved the lake and the forest next to the hotel.

Location and staff was perfect, good breakfast, we enjoy the bowling. hotel is dog friendly which was great.
hard beds but this is individual;-)
Great location with forest, lake and good playground for kids.
It was a surprise that apartment has 2nd floor (didn’t find that info in description). With little kids it was not comfortable
Beautiful room overlooking the forest and the lake. Amazing but a little bit haunting spa. Hiking trails start right at your door. Restaurant has great service.
Breakfast, ski store room, wellness.
Small rooms, no ski to door just with bus transfer, most of the staff do not speak English.
We loved the stay in this hotel. Room was clean, big. Food (we had half-board) was tasty. Best bonus - skibus available when needed.
Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Hotel shuttle to the lifts but actually not far to walk.
I was surprised that when booking through booking.com entrance to the Wellness was extra.
Breakfasts were ok, but the selection depends on the number of guests in the hotel.Private skibus was fantastic.Skiroom spacious, with private lockers, but no place to properly dry the boots. There were shelves, however without fans. Most of the locations, even of lower standard, have special racks. Every time we had to take out the inside boots from the covers and use the radiator in the room. Unnecessary complication.Very nice and smiling staff in the restaurant and reception.Room spacious. but no fridge and kettle.
Problem when fewer people accommodated. Then you could choose only 'a ‘la carte' breakfasts. Not a big deal - just an observation.Issue with the dinners. We never got what we were craving for. Once we wanted to taste the regional specialties. They did not have them, despite having in the card. Bad luck. The other time we were denied to enter the restaurant due to 'an organized group' (crowdy). One: the group was parking badly - I took a photo of a lady who parked 30 cm from my door having all the area around free (still claiming 'I can park' - ridiculous). Happily did not scratch the car. Not the fault of Mikulasska, however having the cameras around, could take a look and instruct the guests to park better. Second - we were convinced to eat only what the 'organized group' was eating, not what we wanted. And in double amount. The dumplings were untasty: cold and dry, with the signs of waiting on the plates for the 'organized group' before (stuck to each other, torn in places, with the fragments of doe from the other pieces glued on top). Tomato soup - evidently cooked in bulk. Despite bringing the dishes to the room, we were not very happy afterall. We brought back almost one full plate (and we are dumpling-lovers). In the end, I had a slight expectation that we might not be fully charged for it, however we had to pay the whole price, as if we ordered the dishes in the restaurant.Cleaning: quite a contrast. After 2 days we got all the towels changed. Super, but unexpected. However, until the end of the stay - nothing changed (maybe despite the floor towel). Liquid soap in the room: the distributor in the room was empty when we arrived. Again, not a problem, but we had to ask twice on the following days to refill. Some old popcorn under the beds, some 'Nesquik balls' under the curtains not vacuum-cleaned.
Great location, big clean and new room, transport to biela put and back every day in the price, nice spa and sauna offer
We could use some kettle with possibility to boil water in the room, there was some hot water in restaurant area but it was only accessible during breakfast, I did not see other available one
Wellness and dinner, and room and the staff.
Pillows was not so great. The restaurant part was a little used.
The staff friendliness, the services provides and food was exceptional. We have been staying in 5star hotels, but the food was nowhere compared to home made delicious food served. The flexibility of staff was endless, they were ready to fulfill any need of our family. The wellness and massages were just perfect, high quality. We highly recommend this hotel families with children.
Clean, well appointed and cosy hotel.Ample parking.Ski room.Regular hotel ski bus was a major plus point.Super breakfast and good evening dinner.Friendly and helpful staff, including the ski bus driver.
