Hotel with very unpleasant staff.Not clean, they don't change sheets at all Even when asked(after 5 nights)There are activities for children but only for Slovak speakers…Definitely not a 4 star hotel.Do not recommend!

Great big room, clean, good breakfast, nice kids activities…It was our second stay, We do like this hotel.

The water in the pool is so cold! Our kids had blue lips after 20minutes. It was our second stay, but i don’t think we’ll come back if they don’t do something about the cold water in the pool. We really like the hotel, but one of the main attractions for our kids is always the pool. Many people complain about it, i really don’t understand why they don’t do something about it. Breakfast- the buffet itself was good, but the staff they were grumpy, didn’t even say good morning, plus every morning they were hanging around the bar counter with their supervisor talking about their shifts with huge color schedule. They were much more interested in that then the guests who were coming for breakfast.

-wellness area only open for a few hours per day. I'm sure it was communicated somewhere in the description and on the website, but we wrongly assumed that a wellness Hotel would have a wellness area that is available throughout the day.-beautiful restaurant but they have a very strange system. no a la carte, you have to order everything in advance. they won't even make you a soup if you didn't order it already in the morning. The hotel did communicate about this situation in advance, but the info wasn't really clear, we misunderstood several points even though I speak perfect english.

Breakfast was ok but need more variety on the hot dishes, can’t have the same everyday when you stay for a week.

Second time we’ve stayed,still don’t understand the need for only the set 4 course dinner menu. Sometimes you don’t need or want that especially with kids. After a day skiing it’s a hassle to have to travel for dinner.

Furnitures in the hotel room were in very bad condition. Sofa was very dirty, with yellow stains.

This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a starWe will definitely be back again.

All hotel has offered is good. There's nothing negative to say.

It was a good hotel, also the location and the possibility of having the ski bus offered by the hotel.A lot of things for children, a playground, swimming pool, and hosts to entertain the kids.Everything was nice, if I had to choose I would come back again to this hotel.The food also was good

We stayed there during New Year's evening, and it would have been nice to be notified in advance of the price of the New Year evening dinner. We only found out when we paid at the checkout.

There is something to do for everyone.Free bus to Ski resort.New Year Eve was really well organized.Highly recommended- specialty to family with kids.

Need more dinner options.

We loved services at the hotel such as delicious breakfast, 2 different spas, and a shuttle bus to the slopes, a large room, and friendly staff.

There is not much to complain about. If it were in our power, we would choose a different button panel in the lifts :-D as there were times that the lift would not respond.

The area I know well, I just was checking hotels I didn't experience yet..for future work.

Swimming area kind of small and not enough space for sitting and moving around. And cold water. I didn't like upato some hour I think 16:00 you can do any food order! And later evening is just set menu you can order. So we went out to eat. The room was perfect, and 2 nights we heard lots of noise kind of party some tourists they were doing in the coredor of some floor.

Breakfast had nice options. The location of the hotel is beautifully nestled in the low Tatras.Wellness Hotel Chopok has some of the best spas/pools in Slovakia, very spacious yet intimate at the same time!

The beds were not comfortable at all. Also, there were children running around the hallways until last 0200 last night.

Wonderful spa

The upstairs spa was closed, despite the website listing that it is open on weekends. This was very disappointing as I took my family here based on a great previous experience I had there. The room rate should have been much cheaper as the value of the stay significantly lowers without that spa.

Great layout with 2 spas, including one for adults so people’s unattended children don’t ruin the experience.

The spa (20:00) and pool (21:00) close far too early, especially on a Saturday. You have to factor that in around dinner plans unfortunately. If the facilities were open till 22:00 or even 23:00 this hotel would be PERFECT

The hotel has big and nice rooms with view on the mountains. All wellness areas are new and really well designed. The breakfast and the dinner are great with a various selection. Amazing hotel.

High quality 4 star hotel with everything you need. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great wellness, delicious breakfast and dinner, pleasant animation program for kids and adults, bowling, game rooms, nice and helpfull staff, private parking place.

A nice place to stay after a day spent in mountains. Excellent breakfast, very delicious food, a good choice of cheeses and salat for the dinner. SPA with the wonderful view and a glass of welcome prosecco at the lobby

The family friendly facilities were fantastic. So many activities to keep everyone busy, great wellness area. Shuttle to the ski field was very handy.

The only thing I could fault that they only had set dinner menus and limited children options. The food was good but would of preferred more options depending on how hungry you are.
