Great facilities, warm, variety of food for both meals, clean hotel, and stuff is very kind.

We knew that there is no warm connection with Erzebet spa, and it was fine for us,but it would be plus if you don't have to go outside.

Rooms were clean, towels replaced daily if left on the floor (like in other hotels) but rooms were not cleaned during our stay (5 days). Location is excellent, town is quiet and well-maintained, and hotel parking is available.

When I booked the hotel, it clearly stated DIRECT INDOOR ACCESS TO MORAHOLOM SPA, and the same information was on when my prepayment was charged. On the arrival day, we were informed that the access no longer exist. NO COMPENSATION or ALTERNATIVE was offered, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel Spa also has some facilities closed (pool and saunas).Breakfast / Dinner food were not replenished during serving hours, so if you are not early coming quest, you are missing some items. Just to be open, we have been loyal guest for almost ten years, paying higher rates for this convenience (indoor access to spa), and this change was both shocking and very disappointing. The hotel is nice and can easily regain its former standards and conveniences - spa access and food need attention!

The Wellness area was great. We very much enjoyed the facilities.

It is a little hard to understand how some things work, such as billing the room. Wish I had a little more guidance from the staff.

Loved the spa, we went there to relax. They have a cold plunge pool! ❤️ The saunas were also nice. Great view (deluxe room). Overall a good experience.

Food was not what we expected

The food is absolutely amazing. The pools are pretty clean, there is free access to the public spa.

The bed was not the most confortable, not very many english speakers, the location is a village but this can be quite nice as it is very quiet and calm. The furniture is a bit outdated, and the pools tend to get a bit too busy in the afternoon. The public spa isnt the best, as it is not so clean.

Room 121 large and clean with balcony to the inner courtyard, good size bathroom with shower. Excellent spa with saunas . You can serve in the pool, drinks directly from the bar.good breakfast and dinner, direct access to the thermal pool

I didn't like that at dinner were limited tables available, because most of the tables had the room number reserved on them. So we sat both nights in the traffic area, while the tables by the window had the reserved sign on them.At night, a continuous metallic sound could be heard in the room, coming from outside.

Location is great, close to serbian border. Once when arrived staff at front desk was very kind, explaining everything, with smile, maked us to feel good. Room is large, with diferent kinds of pillows and if it is not enough you can ask for pillow from pillows offer and enjoy your sleep. Hotel is very clean. Pools are clean and you can enjoy in silence. Breakfast was different every morning. Food in the bar deserved michelin star, enjoyed every bite from everything i ordered there. Waiter and waitresses were very kind, professional and with smile. Check in and check out were very smooth. In days we were there was very cold outside but in the hotel you feel warm. Staff speaks english and everuthing is written in hungarian, english and serbian, so it is very easy to manage your stay and to enjoy the facilities

Hotel parking function is good but little bit distance of the parking is not pleasent if it is raining outside, let's say. But anyway if you're lucky you can find free parking in front of the hotel in the street.

Too crowded. Many people in spa zone.Food is not tasty...Sraff is proffesional enough...

As I wrotte

The hotel is superb, with excellent conditions. The spa is clean, with no unpleasant odors. The food is delicious—for meat lovers, one evening featured five different types of meat: duck, turkey, fish, pork, and smoked meat soup with beans. The breakfast is rich, the bathroom is spotless, the bed linens are freshly ironed and smell wonderful. The outdoor pool has medicinal water, and there is a private parking area with an automatic gate. The staff is young, professional, and very well-trained. You deserve a 10/10!

Everything was great, free access to all facility of Spa complex before chek in and after chek out is great plus.Food was delicious and various.Only complain is about heating it should be better.

Everything was great - the pools, the saunas, rooms, food. It's clean, comfy, relaxing and affordable.

Not all of staff members speak English, but we managed somehow :)

It is a spa, bath, baden, banja and acording that is location. It is on the spot, great food, great room, polite staff, place to park, ev charger... name it, thay have it and more. They offer like 3 diferent tipe of pilow to chose from!!!isn't that over the top?

The price includes breakfast and dinner - buffet. Large selection of dishes, tasty, fresh. It is unpleasantly surprising that hot drinks (tea, coffee) are paid extra for dinner.

The spa complex sometimes does not have a hot tub or sauna turned on before opening.

Staff is nor very pleasant. Dinner is not good for 4 star hotel. After 8pm there is not much to eat and that could be problem for kids. Bar is closed at 10pm

Wellness Facility, breakfast, dinner, the room…

Hotel is amazing. Starting with spa and wellness facilities inside the hotel and access to near spa center. People in hotel are extremely friendly and want to help. There is a playground for kids. Food is great (we took dinner and breakfast) with variety of choices. Internet is fast and stable.
