The pool and the pool staff were wonderful

The cleanliness, there were bugs in the beds, the hotel manager was tough and uncooperative, they charge for the safe box in the room to use it ! , when you need an iron you have to go to the front desk to pick it up and return it when you finish ironing. The breakfast isn’t good.

Exceptional service by Guillermo at the reception and breakfast was phenomenal. All staff at the restaurant area was working very hard and every dish running low was soon topped up.

Unfortunately the lifeguard by the pool was totally unprofessional. On numerous occasions he seemed to be filming the young girls sunbathing.

Everything is absolutely great. The location is perfect, modern, spotless, the staff is superb, the facilities are great, secure baggage storage is offered, everything is nearby, pool is great, bar is great, beach and restaurants are near, bus stops are near so it's easily accessible, breakfast and dinner food is delicious and with great offering. Hard to find anything bad about it.

Everything was pretty much perfect. However, I hoped for more Spanish food offerings at breakfast and dinner. Most of the dishes are tailored to majority German customers but still incredibly great.

Nice spacious rooms with quality beds, perfect cleanliness, rich breakfast, nice outdoor pool with clean water, excellent accessibility. We were very satisfied.

Paper cups in bedroom for tea and coffee. On occasions no tables ready for breakfast. Likely due to busy time and maybe short staffed. No entertainment at all. Reception staff not overly welcoming but did their job.

Our stay on the first floor was truly delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around and relax. The balcony was a generous size, providing a lovely view of the swimming pool. The bathroom setup was particularly convenient, with the toilet and sink separated, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. There was ample space in the wardrobes for all our belongings.One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location—just a short four-minute walk to the beach. This proximity to the shore is definitely a major selling point. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering an impressive variety of choices to suit every palate. From made-to-order eggs cooked exactly the way you like them, to a selection of fresh pastries that were still warm from the oven, the options seemed endless. There were also plenty of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, and even a selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Whether you prefer a light, healthy start to your day or a hearty breakfast to fuel your adventures, there's something for everyone.We also decided to try the open buffet for lunch one day, and it was equally delightful. The buffet featured a wide range of dishes, including several gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise for those with dietary restrictions. The quality and variety of the food were impressive, with everything from savory dishes to fresh salads and desserts that catered to every taste. The staff was attentive, ensuring that the buffet was well-stocked and that we had everything we needed for a satisfying meal.an OK size pool.

One issue I found with the room was the king bed setup. Instead of a true king-size mattress, it was actually two separate beds pushed together. This created an uncomfortable gap in the middle, which was quite bothersome for a good night's sleep.Another concern was the safe in the room. It seemed outdated, likely around 30 years old, and required an actual physical key that you need to request from reception. This process felt awkward and somewhat insecure, as it involved notifying the staff that you'd be using the safe, which seemed counterintuitive for something intended to keep your valuables private.

Great variety at breakfast, we ate out for dinner so can't give an opinion on that, great location and variety of choice for places to eat out, stunning location with a beach just 5 minutes walk down the road, for an unplanned extention to our honeymoon it was a breath taking surprise.Hotel staff are very kind and will cater for your all your needs, we used the laundry service, we were very pleased all items returned clean fresh delivered back the next day. The whole experience was beautiful, so much so we are back in 7 weeks with our daughter. Can't wait.

The bar was closed early some nights but it was really nothing that ruined our experience, plenty of places that are open later to grab a drink.

The location is very good, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and far enough from crowded and noise places. Is very easy to get there with the bus.The food was very nice. We had breakfast and dinner and it was very tasty and there were lots of choices. Diner was never repeated. Every day, something new and tasty.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, but you still can put a not disturb sign, and they will leave you alone.The room was big enough for 2 people and it had everything you needed. The hotel is also very close to the airport, you can take the bus and it's 10 euro for 2, or taxi. We paid 25 euros to get to the airport from the hotel.

The beds were too hard, and maybe some new, soft pillows would be great.In the night, the dors were very disturbing because they were smashed all the time to get them closed when you went out. And you can very clear hear your neighbors. Maybe a better isolation would be nice.

Payment with debit/credit card requires minimum spent of 10 euro. The swimming pool is ok, but not much activities for kids.

Location, pool, atmosphere

No hand soap in the bathroom (we got it only for the last night). Once we were out of shower gel and I was forced to go to the reception and only after 10 minutes I got a small bottle of shower gel.Bathroom was inconvenient and had a water leaks after taking a shower.Breakfast is good, but expectations were higher.Air conditioner was very weak.
