The location and the staff.

For the high price there were no coffee/tea facilities in a room, the cleanliness was poor (hair on a sink, white dried spots on a shelf, etc).

The food was very good, breakfast and dinner with a lot of options and fresh food.

The hotel was very old, pricey for what it is.One elevator was broken, the one was working but had a paper inside indicating that it didn’t pass the maintenance.

3 Star Hotel nearby to airport

Nice staff, seemed safe inside hotel. Big breakfast buffet.

Note you need a taxi to get here and even though it appears close to the airport, the taxi ride is not <5 minutes but instead about 15 minutes due to having to drive around in a strange way. The hotel room was definitely a bummer.

We really like the location of the hotel. Close to the beach and very accessible to the airport and center by bus, which was directly in front of the hotel.

For us it was a good stay!

We booked a double room, and the description mentioned three beds: two small and one large. Upon arrival, there were three small beds, with two pushed together but still with separate mattresses. Reception initially told us they would arrange everything the next day and offered dinner as compensation.However, the next day we were told that the bed arrangement in the description was not guaranteed and that we should have requested a joined mattress in advance — although there was no option to do so during booking. In the end, we stayed in the same room and had to push the beds against the wall so they wouldn’t separate at night.

Location was good, walking distance to the city center, and staff was friendly as well. Good breakfast.

No washcloth in the shower, no lock on the bathroom doors, no hairdryer, barely any soap available, poor looking rooms with bare minimum. Phone in the room didn’t work. Not worth $300 a night.

All staff, except 1 person, was extremely nice and helpful The location is very good.Breakfasts and dinners are great! It's worth the price, recommend ?

One woman at the reception was not competent at all ( twice, 2 different cases)

Great location, decent value for the money I've paid. Huge buffet for breakfast is a big plus.

Building itself could do with a face-lift, looked really outdated. Apart from that all been good ?

Nice location, close to the airport, sandy beaches and rocky beaches.

Air conditioner wasn’t working as good as we expected but at least we could sleep.

The place is ok considering it's a 3 star hotel.

Lack of power outlets, one socket available.

Everything, we've stayed on numerous occasions over the past 18-20 years. So the area is fantastic for us. A quick cab ride or bus if you prefer. The breakfasts were excellent value and there was plenty of Everything. Our room was a little outdated, but was kept spotless by the house staff. Everything was as we expected and knew the hotel is being completely refurbished this off season.

Nothing to dislike. For us it was all that we expected. If you want 5 star facilities, then you stay in a 5 star hotel. We stay at the Linda because we love everything about it.

The beds were so uncomfortable!There was a lot of sound from the other rooms because of no soundproof walls. So we could not sleep 4 nights!There was not enough refrigerator to book.

We stayed only for a night, but it was good value for the money. The rooms have old style furniture.

We could hear easily from the side room, the walls are not as thick as it should be.

Dirty,worn furniture,spiderwebs in the room,paper wall you can hear everything from outside and from next room or above you .only 2 sockets(1 in bedroom and 1 in bathroom).swimming pool still closed but you can be around .

Memory foam mattress although there was a creepy crawly in my bed.

Bathroom was not finished and we didn’t want to use the shower.

Buffet and entertainment were excellent .. Staff were friendly..

No fridge or any English TV

Bedmats were too soft, could not sleep at all. Fire alarm at 6am was an extra plus , we needed to evacuate the hotel for 20m and no one from the staff told us anything or guide us
