Pros +
- The Bar and Dinner staff were nice and accommodating and the room was clean.
- I liked the location and the pools
Cons -
- We had a broken air conditioning unit in our room and called the front desk several times, they said they were going to send a technician to the room and one never arrived. The room was incredibly hot and we were not able to sleep.
- The workers and the so called manager were horrible. I will never use HM hotels again. The service was absolutely absurd. If you want a nice relaxing weekend don't stay here. They will give you hassle about the hotel and your room.
