Hotel Playa Golf

Very good hotel, with excellent breakfast and delicious dinner with many great specialties as seafood and Spanish paella… Pleasure stuff in hotel. Location hotel is good because it has direct access to the beach and there is also a bus stop to the city of Palma and airport, near the hotel.

Location good because direct access to the beach, but hasn’t sun-beds and umbrellas. You must to pay 60€ for set. The hotel is located between two nightclubs, so there is a lot of noise at night, almost until the morning

I thought staff were excellent, very nice and helpful food in the restaurant was also excellent.overall rooms were very nice and clean.My only concern was the gym please get new machines they were old and some were not working .,

The location is right in the middle of everything, good for public transportation but super noisy, party people. If that's what your into you'll love it. However if you want more of a calm vibe, avoid that area at all cost.

The room is small, very basic, not even a boiler in the room unless you ask. No slippers. The shower is a disaster, the bathroom becomes a swiming pool everytime you shower due to the inclination of the shower floor. Not sure if the towels arr dirty or just worned off. The commun areas are great and high end but the rooms are not, looks like a cheap motel. The covers are in the closet without even sheet covers. The cleaners enter the rooms like it's their house. I thought the check out was at 14.00 instead of 12.00. The reception called me to get out of the room and was extremly rude for no reasons. While checking in and the duration of my stay the guy at the reception was really nice and helpful, even the small brunette lady. No idea which lady called me but she should do another job that being in customer service.The pools are nice but not a single one of them is heated.

Terrible experience for a 1 night stay.

The room we received was sadly not completely done with the bedding and towels missing. Receptionist only option was to let us do it ourselves with him easily spending 15 minutes trying to find the right things. After a lot of back and forth we finally received a different room, which sadly had black mold in the bathroom. Terrible experience for a 1 night stay.

Everything well. Very clean, nice and cozy hotel. Perfect location. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff. Billions of cafes and restourants aroud with nice food for good prices. Wide beach with umbrellas.

Everything well except sound isolation in room from street side. A lot of noise because of people and clubs around so you'll need earplugs. highly recommended earplugs. they saved my sleeping

Great room, comfortable and clean. Hotel offers plenty of amenities. Breakfast and dinner offers many options every day, and the staff have always been very friendly.

Housekeeping could definitely be better especially considering the price one pays for the junior suite rooms. It was noisy because of the location which is fine but neighbors in adjacent rooms were unbelievably loud, banging doors at 2 am, shouting and moving furniture. Not only were we traveling with a toddler but it's simply very very annoying. If only such guests would book an adults only hotel and not a family one where kids need to sleep and so do their very tired parents.

The hotel was very nice and I loved the dining room area by the pool and overlooking the palm trees and the beach.

It was very noisy due to the German tourists but that’s not the hotels fault.

Proximity to the beach front. Options of pool. Good bedrooms, good breakfast and balcony view.New towels and cleaning everyday.Dinner did not try. Friendly atmosphere.Towels for beach can be rented for 10 euros. 3 lifts to floors and very efficient.

No tea or coffee facility in rooms.Did ask for a kettle but didn't hear anymore about it.Swimming pool had some black marks, possibly needs a good clean.Indoor pool very small.

Breakfast was delicious and there is various choices of food and baverages.Rooms were clean, staff was cleaning our room every single day.

The hotel was full of German football groups. Mostly male groups, very loud at night and the hotel seemed to be in the middle of the area where they all gather. No violence, just loud singing and banging doors til 5am.

Staff great, pool areas nice, overall service good.

Hôtel was very noisy so not a place to stay if you want to sleep pre 1am at least. They should state this on the booking websites.

breakfast was fabulous, room was spacious and modern. We loved the location, swimming pools and restaurants.

Great location if you want to go to Ballermann, compared to other hotels it seemed the most updated. Breakfast had a good variety. Multiple pools and gym was ok.

We knew what area we gonna be in and were prepared for noise at night, but the rooms and balconies looked way better online. The rooms are cheaply updated and you can see damaged doors etc. everywhere. Gym doesn’t open till 8 am. No water at the gym. The main areas were pretty clean, the room not so much.

I liked the spa, the staff were friendly, the food was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a sea view room which I am most grateful for.

Everyone is German so I felt a bit out of place especially being a young female travelling alone (I was the only English person staying there it seems apart from an Irish couple and a few French). There was a lot of German groups around late 20s to early 30s misbehaving day and night and I witnessed the receptionist telling them off and getting fed up of their behaviour (being extremely loud, slamming doors day night and acting silly on balcony) at one stage in the day time a female receptionist went out and told them off as they were shouting at people passing in the street (see other reviews as it appears this is a common theme at the hotel). There was one guy at the end of my corridor screaming in German throughout the day and night and slamming doors. A lot of the German male groups kept approaching me and saying inappropriate comments at they knew I was British and could most likely see I was a young female travelling alone. I would say do not stay here if you are a young British single female as you will feel out of it unless you can speak German! They have night time security so I think that says a lot. This area is a German area - didn’t see any British people the whole time I stayed in the area.

We were upgraded to a room at the top level with a view of the beach, which was so nice! But I can’t imagine how bad the noise would have been had we been on a lower level because we barely slept due to all the noise from the streets and from the drunk neighbors in the hallways. I suppose that is expected in this area? The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they gave out free sparkling wine to those people who wanted to keep the party going. They let us keep our luggage on site until our late flight.

The room was really modern and comfortable, the breakfast very good and varied.Access to the spa was included, although we didn't have time to use it.Free parking can be easily found near the hotel.

The rooms are very noisy until very late at night and early in the morning.
