breakfast was good, spa area was good

only cooling worked in the aircon, would not heat the room, no parking available

Fun. Great chatting with so many kind people. Bat in pool was a plus. Spa was excellent. Lap pool was fabulous.

Room was ok despite several ants noticed in the room which was uncomfortable Staff in general works hard and despite the very warm temperatures still kind service

The pool is an issue, not clean enough and many black mol noticed

Lack of USB in room. No coffee or tea making in the room. The sink in the bathroom pertouded out. Need to change for a semi recess sink not a huge square one. Breakfast esp baked beans was cold

Really lovely hotel for a short break away. Fabulous facilities, sauna, indoor pool etc. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast has lots of different options, mostly Spanish food but a lot to chose from.

Clean, well laid out hotel. Lovely pools. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast exceptional ! Short walk to sea, marina, beach, restaurants etc. Adults only was a bonus. Loved our mini break.

We visited in late April, weather was lovely but unfortunately to pool bar wasn't yet open. Other than this very minor issue we have no complains at all.

The facilities are extensive. My single room was adjacent to other single rooms and was quiet (except for table tennis noise). I liked my balcony with sea view. I love that people can’t reserve pool chairs without being present, because it’s fair to everyone. I enjoyed the spa and the lovely outdoor pools with palm trees. The breakfast was very good (besides the juice and coffee which were so/so).

I wish the Jacuzzi pools and hammam were warmer and the motors on the jets worked better.

Good location, not too far from Palma central and also close to beaches and restraunts. Staffs were nice and helpful. Room were good size and the mattress they had was very comfortable, would be good to know what kind of mattress they were using :).

Ask for Martha- she did mix an excellent Cocktail, the "Coco Loco" with knowledge and devotion. That was the perfect little extra after a delicious dinner- buffet and a relaxing afternoon in this hotel . No more you could ask for.

Lovely location a few minutes walk from the beach. V quiet resort with only a few restaurants and bars.Hotel was great. Clean, lovely staff, great variety at breakfast and amazing frozen daiquiris! Pool area is lovely and never too busy. If you’re looking for a relaxing break this is ideal.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful, food was fantastic and rooms very comfortable.

OVER ALL AS A LOCATINO, IT WAS VERY GOOD FOR ME. BUT AS WE ARE STAYING TWO COLLEAGUES IT WAS SMALL FOR TWO PERSON, SPECIALY BATHROOM , WHEN WE TAKING SHOWER WE HAVE TO STAND STREIGHT. AND THERE SHOULD BE AT LEST ONE LITTER WATER BOATTLE FOR PER/PERS/PER/DAY BCZ IT IS NATURAL SOURACE FOR BEAING HUMAN. AND THERE SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTRY KETTLE FOR WARM WATER.

Many things were not functioning such as our door, the phone, the sauna in the spa. Also many little additional charges such as: paying extra to use safe, extra for spa towels, and etc.

The location, facilities and staff were all excellent. The hotel is fresh and well decorated. Several pools, both outdoor and indoor, a gym, a cafe/bar and a restaurant make this a perfect place to relax for a few days. Close to the airport and only a half hour bus trip to Palma. A nice beach only a five minutes' walk away, and plenty of restaurants to choose from all around. Visiting off season, we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities, but those we used were great.

It would be nice to have an electric tea kettle in the room, but we managed either way.

The room and beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was lovely and the pool area was very relaxing.
