Comfortable beds in clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

We arrived after midnight as we came in on a late evening flight. Despite there being only two groups of people in front of us, it took us over 40 minutes to check in to the hotel - longer than it took to get from our plane seat to the hotel! I have never seen such a shambolic check-in experience.

Staff was rude.especially in morning. Breakfast was already paid. But had to explain and debate a lot to get it.

They moved our reservation to another hotel on day of. We didn’t have the room or balcony we had booked. Staff was nice and They did offer us a bottle of wine and buffet dinner at the alternative hotel. But it’s not what we booked. Room was very standard.

The room was cleaned to a high standard daily, good view of the sea and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Pool area was lovely.

I love this hotel! it's near the airport but on the beach - the staff are lovely and the food good. Comfy beds and caring people - thank you for a lovely stay!

Quiet resort with hotel right on the beach. Hotel had a lovely roof top pool and bar area.

Rooms were a bit small and decor, furniture basic

The rooftop terrace and the views were amazing. The location was great, right by the beach. Staff was also always super nice!

Some amenities such as towels should be updated and WiFi wasn't the best

Staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Internet went out for half a day?? No tea/coffee machine and very few extras for a four star hotel.

It was an amazing breakfast. Room was beautiful, we are in the hotel a few nights and the meal was lovely huge option. Pool area is so clean and beautiful views of the beach

The sky bar needs extended opening hours. You don’t get to enjoy the early evening as it closes at 7pm. We booked the sauna/steamroom for 10am and no assistance was given. No music in there. No towels, shower gel etc. It wasn’t relaxing at all, quite awkward.

This hotel is in an amazing place. I walked to and from the airport in no time at all. It's very close to the beach, bus stops (2€ to the city), and a cycle route - I hired a cycle for a day for only 8€ and ventured off for 20 miles on it.The rooms were perfect, as were the pools and the public areas.I had breakfast each day, and there was so much variety, which included all food and drinks, buffet style. I used this place as a base to venture further into and around the island.This accommodation will come highly recommended by myself to many others for many reasons. As a solo traveller in my 50s, I felt safe, secure, and welcomed. I will be returning in the future.

Great options for breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Location fantastic for the seafront. Roof top bar / pool was a bonus.

The only reason I see 4* is the location on the beach front . Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Room Key card not working was a nuisance . The luggage store was useful and late check out was good. The sound of the ocean waves was wonderful if it weren't for revving motor bikes at night and revellers.

I arrived late and tired. I asked for a kettle. But no cups in the room . I used a glass with hot water. The key card didn't work and had to lug my luggage back down again . This was a common problem . The room had an overpowering bleach smell which made me feel ill. I opened the door to balcony but was very noisy at night . Too much use of bleach. No toiletries in the room at all. Breakfast was poorly laid out and Cut backs on quality clearly evident. Juice was sour not good. Margarine not butter. Room was very small . I wouldn't stay here again. Poor value for money.

Excellent beach view, accessible location, but awful beds - two single beds put next to each other while one was wobbly the whole time. Everything else was fine.
