- Great hotel if you're coming to Mallorca to party... Not so great when you're booking a last minute hotel close to the airport without doing any research and end up in the middle of a German disco party central ? Lovely and clean room though, great view.

At the beginning, we changed rooms about 4 times because the door to the room simply would not lock. Then on the last night, we were asked to pack up all our things and move to another room because something was broken. I never understood what was broken. At first, we were moved to a room where people were already living, but then they changed it to an empty room. One side of the building overlooks German bars, where loud music is heard from morning to evening.
Okay facilities
Check in was a farce. An hour and a half spent waiting for staff. Staff were rude unpleasant and unhelpful. Made to pay a deposit of 100 pounds on card for no clear reason. Was told it would be refunded 10 days after departure. Told it was their process
Clean ja fresh hotel! Good breakfast and dinner.
Still waiting to get back my deposit 100 Euro. No answer to my email...
Disappointing
The check in and the check out is the badest on earth. They need to check in 2 people over 20 minutes. I wait for check out and half a hour.
It was close to the beach. I really liked the Bufet, the personal was very nice there and also at the Bar.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Air-condition was not working correctly.
Food
The Airco dod not work we had to sleep on balcony with pub under the hotel on Schinkenstrasse qnd they reparied it on the last day of our stay in spíte of the fact we said it on the 1 day!
