Hotel Toscana

Good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

I accidentally booked one day less, but it was no problem stay in my room for 1 more night. Thanks for arranging this.

Such helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms and the best air con system in Italy

Bit of a long walk to town and train station if you don’t have a car.

We arrived around 10pm & expected the restaurant to be closed however they kindly served us without any fuss & the food & wine was delicious

On late arrival the gentleman at reception was not helpful & obviously didn’t like his job. At least the restaurant staff had a smile & welcoming attitude

Allesio was fantastico, he went out of his way to find bikes for us to rent and to arrange for their delivery. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant, plentiful breakfast was offered each morning.

Very helpful receptionist. Very clean and very good location if going to Florence by car.

Beautiful hotel with great staff, breakfast and free parking

A bit more expensive but near Florence

very good place to stay if you want to visit florence every day but still want some quiet and have a car, the place is full with great crew and they are all nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and everything you need for your stay, really good

nothing bad!

The staff at Hotel Toscana are amazing, I can't praise them enough. We booked very last minute after our car broke down and our 'recovery' service left us in a closed depot with a broken car and no other support. So we really only needed a place to sleep nearby, but the concierge and all the staff have helped with translation, contacting mechanics, organising taxis, organising additional nights because of course nothing was fixed as quickly as we'd hoped. They were brilliant. The hotel itself is a little dated in places but the room we were in was recently refurbished, small, but perfectly adequate for 2 people as a base. Everything was exceptionally clean and well kept, and the shower was brilliant.

The restaurant area could do with a refresh.

Stayed in this hotel to visit Florence and the Tuscan region. Would highly recommend! Spacious, modern and clean room with airconditioning. Great breakfast. Free parking. Only a 10min walk to the train station. Very friendly staff! We've enjoyed our stay!

Clean modern room with good Aircon, pleasant staff, nice breakfast

Outside of Building was uninviting.

Staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We loved the food at the restaurant. It is great to find a hotel with a parking space in the area. The place was spotless clean.

The only down side was the size of the shower. Nothing too bad though.

we were there in 40 degree weather and were surprised and pleased that the air conditioning system in the room was able to keep up. The room was cool and the bed and pillows comfortable .

very clean, comfortable and everything you need to feel like home!

very well situated, big room, delicious breakfast, and love the staff

Lovely staff, everyone so friendly, and the breakfast was really nice too. The room was very modern and everything worked great. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Big room with a sizeable bathroom, comfy bed, mini fridge and they were kind enough to let me borrow an iron from housekeeping.

There wasn't anything to dislike from my stay.

The room was clean. Easy to park.

The bed was not comfortable at all. There was one side which was so soft and the middle of the bed provided the right Supoort.

Much better than expected. Perfect stay. Big spacious room and very clean. Bathroom was huge. Excellent

Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was very clean.Good options for the breakfast.Close to restaurants and public transportation.

Large room and bathroom, new interiours. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. On walking distance of the city center (approx 10 minutes).

Outside of the hotel needs a refresh, first impression is not so good.
