A little incorrections in the bathroom facility (badly screwed hanger and toilet paper hanger)To hot in the room and torn bedsheet.

Cosy rooms, lovely staff, nice facilities.

Location was great for visiting relatives! Breakfast and food in the restaurant were very good!

The only problem at the hotel were the small showers! We all had problems fitting in there and then trying to move or even trying to shave our legs!

Pools, nice staff, good food at tavern, good location

Bedding should be changed every 2nd day.Bathroom should be cleaned daily, should have shampoo & conditioner & shower cap.Need safety bars coming out of showerRoom was too hot, air-conditioning should be on. Breakfast buffet should change everyday. After a couple of days, same eggs, same sausages, only potatoes once.

The thermal spa pools were a great addition to our holiday. There is not a lot to do in Lendava, but the hotel was a nice base to explore from and an easy walk into the town.

The wellness facilities

Some equipments did not work in the room: the telephone did not have connecting cable, the air condition did not cool. The keycard meant to open the gate to wellness but it did not always work unless we went to the reception to reprogramme the card. It was not always clear what we had to pay for additionally and we got different answers from different stuff members on that matter.

Super clean, tidy, excellent, new-like everything. The staff is the best, some even spoke Hungarian - like in Lendva in general, you can deal in Hungarian mostly. This is a pleasant hotel, I felt well and I would recommend the place.

Food. It was merely OK, neither the selection nor the choices of the chef were not up to the general quality of the hotel. Very basic, simple food made it OK, but not excellent. We could eat, but for food I would go somewhere else. No complain, there are better places for food, thats it. I think menu is designed so to save oney, increase profit. ALso drink is not included in half board in dinner, but the wine was bad and expensive. In their bar you can drink good wine from wine card on same price. That was a shame.Sauna access is not included in a wellness stay. C'mon, do you really ask for 10 € / person / day extra when we stay in wellness hotel with its own thermal bath? This again is not up to the general level of the hotel and again designed to increase profit. I decided to not pay but next time I will choose a hotel where it is given by default and will not forget to ask first, as I never experienced this before anywhere.

Breakfast was very good in general, but I would have liked it better if the coffee machine dispensed more coffee per cup and if the orange juice and ananas juice tasted more like their undiluted originals

I like the kind and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was big and there was a lot to choose from. I was quite satisfied with the room and everything that was included in it.Everythig worked like it should the TV was a nice touch.

Breakfast was versatile and rich, I did not miss anything. The location is a good vnatage point for different hikes through the rolling hills in the neighbourhood.

The sauna needs a caretaker to bring fresh cups for tee and remove used ones and it also needs clear instructions for the users or kind reminders that the resting posts should not be reserved when not in use.

We liked the new room renovations, the lobby and reception area changes.The lobby has more light.The shelf additions to each room are excellent. The updated furniture in lobby, cardroom are super.The windows and doors upgrades excellent. The morning breakfast continues to be great.The indoor water pools are refreshing and the hours great.The outdoor slides are fun for children and the lifeguards attentive.The large outdoor pool is clean.

We could not access the Gabor playroom as always closed. Please add hours of operation sign.

Conventionally close to Lendava, good surroundings for hiking.

The facility is a bit worn out.

Only two working saunas and bad rest room in wellness. No Turkish sauna.

Generally there's been tranquility all around the place. Though it might not be so calm during the summer when the aqua park is open. The kindness of the staff was welcoming even better to have Hungarian native speaking personnel.

Very thin walls, you can hear the TV fro the next room all night long. Breakfast is the very same each morning, though it's fine continental.

hotel was super clean, food decent, pools are a bit dated but thermal water is amazing. We will be back soon with friends. All the staff very helpful.

The room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful.The small thermal spring with non treated water 38 degrees celsius 50 meters from the hotel main building was the best.
