Very hospital as they accepted that I might be late to check in after the check-in is closed. They provided a keycode to exit and enter at night. The room was nice and clean, and windows could be open (as air-conditioner didn't work so well) so the room could be cooled down well. There is a lot of space to walk the dogs (in front of the hotel is grass area and there is a street going towards bus station that was very quiet and there is a grassy area where we could walk.

I was very disappointed that even though breakfast was included and supposedly was until 10 in the morning, it was totally empty of food when I arrived at 9.15. There were other people still there to "eat," but there wasn't actually anything. When I asked why they brought me scrambled eggs.... The explanation was that as I was last to arrive, they didn't have anything left. But there were still others sitting, and the plates were basically scraped clean.

The complex is very modern, comfortable location in relation to main road and great parking facilities

The staff is friendly and our overall impression is positive, but the complex management should dedicate more time and examination to the cleanliness (the room conditions were perfect, everything is so new and comfortable, but covered with spider web ?)

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was not fresh and the choice was really poor. We felt like like we were eating leftovers

Super friendly staff! The receptionist called me prior to check in to warn me that there was a festival going on in the town, which was appreciated! She was super helpful giving recommendations on where to eat and things to do. Clean modern rooms, plus air conditioning was a big plus!

The shower attachment was broken. Extra pillows would have been nice

Exceptional

On the day of the arrival, i was called several times and asked when will arrive because after 22.00 hrs there will be no one in the reception…When you travel by car for 1000 km per day, you can not tell or know exactly the hour of the arrival. The payment was already done for the night, so no matter when i arrive i have to check in. For a hotel, i think it is normal to have someone in the reception over night.

Devil is in the detail, some appliances do not work or are already worn out, cleaning could be better.

I loved the location of the hotel. It is in the center of Lendava, it is near to everything. It has a parking spot infront of the hotel, The room was clean.

The price of the hotel is to high for that what it has to offer. It didn't even had a fringe in the room, the late check out was not possible.

There was no fridge in the room.The price was very high for the location and facilities around.The room was loud, basically you can hear everything.The hotel charges an extra 15euro for baby cot, despite not mentioned on the Booking page.

The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast we had included in our room reservation. The room was very clean and comfortable - the HVAC unit was fantastic and provided a dry air setting so we didn't freeze due to A/C. The property seemed like it had just been remodeled.

We arrived later on a Tuesday evening and because this hotel doesn't have a restaurant we did need to go off-premises to find dinner, but that was a minor inconvenience. We knew this in advance.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Prekmurje, it’s clean, the staff are friendly.
