The staff was friendly and ready to help anytime. The Facilities were amazing. The sajna and jacuzzi were available. Loved the breakfast and dinner options.

The listing on Booking.com stated that the room had three beds. However, in reality, there were only two small beds (likely around 80 cm wide) and an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, around 22:30, and I had to go downstairs to request bed sheets for the sofa bed. The receptionist brought them within five minutes but left immediately. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were incomplete, but I was too tired to go back and ask for the missing ones.Additionally, communication in English was quite difficult. Even the message I received on the Booking.com platform after making the reservation was in Hungarian, and I had to translate it just to understand the details.The bathroom is very small and there was no place to hang a towell

The breakfast was very good. Great location, very close to the lake. Friendly staff. Spa with nice big sauna. Big terrace in the room.

The single beds were very narrow. Shower without a cabin which means you need to be careful when you take a shower in order not to make the whole bathroom wet.

Good breakfast, nice staff, close to the lake, the apartments are very suitable for small children, quiet and confortable.

Cleaning could be improved (curtains, sofas, the balconies, switchers, baby seats at the restaurant). In esence, the location could allow the staff more time for deep cleaning from time to time since there are some items that are not used all the time and get dirty, but they are details that make the difference.

We had a balcony, and the room looked nearly the same as in the picture, just smaller New Year’s Eve celebration was nice

They never cleaned our room in 4 days, they just ignored the ‘please clean my room’ paper on our door. One day we went down to the reception to ask for cleaning, where we were told that the cleaning lady will come maximum in an hour. I suppose, they got lost somewhere….What is more, they wanted to charge us for a glass of tap water. We needed it only for taking a medicine, but the staff was so rude, they didn’t show any empathy at all. When I ordered coffee, I didn’t receive the usual water for that neither (they hoped that I will buy it separately)And if there aren’t any national holiday, there is only a small variation of food that they don’t refill

Lake is near hotel, Peaceful and quiet because I was in winter for New Year's Eve.

From 4 days, not once did they: Empty the trash cans in the room, They didn't change the towels, They didn't change the bed linen. We paid for board, but there is nothing to drink during dinner, not even water. You have to pay for everything you drink - bad because they didn't write it in the offer. the bathroom is terribly poorly made, the layout is very bad, small hygiene cabinets and the floor is wet every time you bathe !!!

Everything was perfect

The location is perfect. The staff is very kind and helpful. Really quiet and we loved the huge terrace.

For the price they charged i expected to have a hairdryer in the room, and also small toiletries. Half board is not bad, but rather medium quality.

Nice hotel, free parking on the property, great sauna, big hot tub on the roof, good breakfast, close to the beach, close to the ferry

Old hot tub water, no towels in the spa, weird smell at the corridor, narrow beds, if you put 2 beds together they move apart

the size of the room was a bit too small. also, we asked the night guard to cover the jacuzzi after we finished and then he asked: how many of you there are? we said: two. and then he said: well, two of you can do it, it’s not that difficult. we would have appreciated a little help from him.

Large balcony and good size room

We walked in without reservation however out of season and on app were rooms available. The young man with blue eyes was ready to leave said that no rooms were available. I tried to explain that I can see availability on the site that is late and we are very tired but he insisted that they don't have any due to many walked in. I stepped out and made the booking online for 2 rooms. We were driving for almost 12h and was 7.15pm. I walked back in and showed him the reservation. He said cold and disappointed "OK, if you made it" . How about if I didn't have internet???? The other gentleman took over and very slowly made the check in. Looking for something to eat we wanted to get something fast from the restaurant before he could finish up and before 8.00pm when they were supposed to close. It was already 7:40pm when he said that the restaurant was closed. Few tables were still with people but he insisted us to go to a better restaurant (Paprika, which was worth 150Eur).Balaton area is the place we come often however never again here. I don't need much but really,,,,, the bathroom???? What is that??? It ruined the confort however,,,,,, the people always make the difference and here, from the reception to restaurant staff that it was really afraid that we might keep them late disappointed

Breakfast was tasty, the location is very good, think in summer the vibe is amazing.

The room was smaller than expected. We couldn't find how to low down the heater.

Jakuzzi and finnish sauna. One lady at reception was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner included, good selection and quality. Marhaporkolt was especially very good. Very cheap wine 0.6 cents per dl) for dinner. Location good, near the free beach.

Second door card did not work, even after reseting it.

Amazing location, spacious rooms, lovely staff

Food kept running out during dinnertime, less tables than rooms, so sometimes you end up waiting as you have nowhere to sit at the restaurant.The water from the jacuzzi on the third floor kept pouring onto our second floor balcony.Place is short-staffed (one cleaning lady for all the rooms and the hotel was full), in the restaurant 90% of the staff were students on summer holiday workplacement (they were nice but obviously Very inexperienced)

The room was very clean and nice, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The facility also has billiard, table football and table tennis, and also a sauna included. We had real fun. The food (we took half board) was really tasty and the variety was great. All in all - an awesome place to stay for vacation or a weekend getaway.
