Great hotel for kids at max 10 years old. Very clean

The dinner was not great, food was cold and not tasty.Breakfast was ok.

2nd stay, almost Everything perfect. Will visit again.

One night room wasn't cleaned for some reason.

When we had to return the robe we asked the reception to give it to them but they made us go drop it our selves in the family reception, we were not taken care off, also the buffet food made us have stomach issues all night.

Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

Everything was perfect.The only downside was a few groups with rude kids, and the parents didn’t really care. They made quite a mess during breakfast and lunch.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful, clean, and modern hotel. It's very family-friendly, offering plenty of activities for children, including a swimming complex and a play area. The food was delicious and hygienic. Overall, the experience was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families with kids!"

Excellent breakfast, pretty good dinner, AMAZING facilities! paradise for children at the ages 3-10.

The restaurant available for lunch and also the drinks at dinner are super pricey.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially KC and Michael at the reception.Great place for small kids and the food is good.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. So many bad things I will start1. Do not touch anything you have in the room, it all cost lots of money and no prices, so you could think it's a welcome gift. It's not.2. No water during dinner, funny to see 5 ⭐ hotel where everyone come with bottles from the room. If the waiter ask you if you want water - it will cost you lots of money.3. No water at the pool, no water at the kids park, bring yourself or buy overpriced 4. Dinners: change every day, funny that Italian day had no Pizza and one type of pasta ? and overall, the food is very basic, they just fry everything, not so tasty not good qualityOverall - super expensive rooms for low quality service and food. Good for kids, they had lots of fun

We didn’t like that there is no close place between the rooms building and the family park. It was cold with the kids to go out after the pool

Food is good. Especially dinner. Provide baby stroller if you need it.

Without baby food…..My baby 7m old. but without some of food cream for him (hipp), I just feed him milk powder every day. my daughter got it in other cities when she was baby before ! I hope can improve it soon! It’s really need it for baby and not very expensive every bottle! Thanks!

The food. We spend a couple of nights in last year January there and the food was great but now wasn’t. Breakfast every day was same.

Very tasty food, perfect atmosphere, great swimming pool! Hotel with new modern design, very good for staying with kids.

It seems that personal in SPA should be examined. Perhaps they are not satisfied with their work or salary. Unfortunately I didn’t receive a relax in SPA. But in general there are good rooms with a lot of space, good aroma oils, perfect views.

Loved it all. The food , the service , the staff , every one was so nice and it was amazing This is promoted as a hotel for kids and it’s exactly that hotel for kids , but they don’t forget the adults. I had fun , and we loved it so much that we are coming back next year

It’s not the I didn’t like it I was not prepared for the fact that the hotel was about 10% capacity so it was interesting having all the pool for me and the kids :) The slides are not worm enough but it didn’t stop us from enjoying them

The hotel is wonderful. Everything is clean, and the food is definitely good. Most importantly, the entire hotel is designed with children in mind. From the small sink for kids to the children's buffet at every meal, complete with plastic cups and plates, and even the elevator buttons located at a low height so children can press them.The whole hotel is tailored for kids, with games everywhere and, of course, the hotel's incredible park, featuring water slides and a huge play area.An amazing and highly recommended experience! Seeing the kids so happy and how everything focuses on them for a change – worth every dollar!

The water pressure in the showers could have been better...

We loved everything! The place is amazing, with everything for the kids, the closed playground was awesome and the pool with some great slides, the kids loved everything!The room was big, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and tasty, and everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Difficult to get to

This is a children’s paradise! The place was super comfortable and super clean, even the family park- we were happily surprised how clean and fresh they manage to keep that place, despite having children play in it all day. We went in the autumn but it was no problem as the pools and even the water slides were heated. The photos of this hotel don’t even do it justice on how spacious and cool the family park is.

The food for the adults could have been a bit better, especially with regards to vegetarian and vegan options. Also, there are no restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and we felt the hotel took advantage of that, pricing some items ridiculously high. For example, a small bottle of fruit juice cost us over 4$. There were no water fountains anywhere, and we were charged when we asked to refill our child’s water bottle.
