Pros +
- Extraordinary kids' space (for 3-10 years) inside the hotel but a couple of fußball tables would make it even better. Decent breakfast. The bathroom was fine but a little tight because toilette room is separate from shower room. We were permitted to stay in a double bed room with our 5yo son (I wish all the hotels had this option).
- There is a play area in the hotel that my 8 year old and 10 year old really loved. It includes a climbing wall, climbing tower, tunnels to crawl through, balancing bars and many, many more things that the children enjoyed climbing on and running through. The hotel is also located near a swimming pool that we walked to and the price of the hotel includes the entrance passes.
- Great breakfast. Large room. Nice surrounding and attractions for childrens.
Cons -
- At 4pm on Friday almost all parking slots in "check-in" parking area near the hotel were occupied. It is very frustrating for first-time guests because it's not easy to understand the parking system there. We had an annoying deodorizing smell in the room. One ceiling lamp was blinking irregularly and not enough light in general with grey walls as addition.Roof view from the windows was rather dull. The room did not have a fridge and a kettle. The room was somewhat different from the hotel pictures: no sofa with a half wall instead separating bed from the working table area.
- There is no refrigerator in the hotel room. The hotel let us keep our food items in the restaurant refrigerator but then we ended up forgetting them when we left (including our thermos bag.) The toilet and the bathroom are separate rooms and I found this to be annoying. I would prefer the toilet to be in the bathroom with the sink and the shower. There are no insect screens on the windows.
- In the standard room there's not a cooler/fridge neither air-conditioning.

Modern, sporty, nice and very familiar place. There is an easily usable bike hiring system. Steierland is wonderful! Springs, rivers, bike routes artistic and religious monuments surrounded by very neat private houses, gardens and rural areas.
In the standard room there's not a cooler/fridge neither air-conditioning.
They are susceptible to bursty occupancy in the hotel depending on the season but they do a good job of keeping the breakfast stocked regardlessThey open the breakfast early when there's a big event happening early in the day which is really great of these guysVery good parking with very reasonable prices
Wish they served more healthy dinner options late at night (they do serve pizzas and cakes after 8PM but sometimes you want to eat healthy too)
The staff were really friendly
The AC doesn’t cool down enough. We were there on very hot days, and the AC just doesn’t live up to the standards. The curtains are not very long so a lot of light comes in the bedroom. So you wake up very early from the sunlight coming in the bedroom. The breakfast was very disappointing, not a lot of choices and just overall bad
We booked this hotel for the weekend with Redbull Ring Austrian F1. It's located at 110km from circuit and the roads are mainly motorways, so in 1h:15 we reached the circuit. Pleasant and helpfull hotel staff, big, nice and clean room with comfortable beds, hotel is new, parking is free in weekends and during the week is 2E per day.
Lovely clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Food in the evening was great, perhaps more choice of hot food at breakfast would be better. Facilities superb with lovely sauna and bowling alley.
Very good
After 23h there are no staff in reception… I can’t go back to the hotel, because the door was closed and we’ve got only one room card… i had no card and no telephone, the door was closed… i had to find help in the city, during the rain…that was a bad experience
Spacious room, clean, good location
Slow wi-fi. Something burnt in the kitchen and stank of burning on all floors and even in the room, my clothes were smelled. Very unpleasant girl at reception, spoke with displeasure, did not answer questions. There are no workers in the wellness area and if you have any questions or need to ask for a towel, there is no one to turn to.
We have got a big, clean room and they also took care of our dog (blanket, bowl, reward bites).
The breakfast selection was less than I expected.
Clean and new,nice breakfast,friendly staff
No air conditioning or a possibility to open a window during the night. Too hot and we could hear every word that our neighbors were saying ?but for only one night it was ok
The quiet place
I feel compelled to share my abysmal experience at the Jufa in Weiz, Austria, for the benefit of other prospective guests. I stayed at this establishment from the 28th to the 30th of July, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only were the basic amenities, such as air conditioning and a fridge, which were explicitly advertised, absent, but the customer service was equally appalling. My room lacked the basic level of privacy, leading to sleepless nights due to the noise from other guests. Furthermore, the internet connection was so inadequate that I was unable to upload a mere 14 photos onto my website, an action integral to my profession. In addition to enduring these discomforts, I was faced with a lack of receptiveness and sincerity from the hotel staff. There were instances where I felt that I was being manipulated into paying more than what was due.Upon bringing these concerns to the attention of the hotel director, Mario Stanek, I received friendly yet unhelpful responses. It appeared that friendliness was chosen as a substitute for the necessary solutions.Given the gravity of my concerns, I took the step to communicate these issues in a detailed email to the hotel management, expecting to at least have a dialogue. I was seeking a refund and an additional 25% in damages due to the severe inconveniences suffered. However, my email was met with complete silence. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing.Hoping for a better outcome, I escalated the matter to the manager of the hotel chain, keeping all relevant parties in CC. Yet, the silence continued. I find it incredibly disheartening that even after multiple attempts to communicate my concerns, there has been a complete lack of response or accountability from the management. This absence of a response from both the hotel and chain management speaks volumes about the lack of customer care and service standards at this establishment.
Facilities for kids were great.Amazing for stop over stay
-No AC-Loud music from neighbourhood-Room not fully clean- old pantoufles under bed
The room is spacious, however bathroom was very small. Nice indoor play area for kids.
The separation between the toilet, which is seperate without a sink, and the bathroom. It’s not a hygienic solution to have a toilet on its own and not have the sink together. The breakfast was not great.
Great hotel for a family holiday, huge indoor playground, swimming pools close by, very good breakfast and overall food offering. The location was nice as we stayed for Formula 1 weekend with small kids. I highly recommend it.
The parking next to the hotel is affordable however EV chargers are a bit weird to use and they don't work with "normal" charge cards.
Clean room, good wifi, availability of a snack, good value for the price
The hot water in the shower was too cold. The breakfast is only until 10:00.
Very clean, lot of service, and good location.
To warm in my room and in the restaurant
Hotel was clean and furniture and appliances were like new. Cleaning ladies came to the room even though we stayed for two nights only.
The pillows weren't really good (too soft, no support).
Nice hotel at the nature with outdoor sport facilities. Big hall with bar for everything rest. Good and tasty breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.
