Hotel Hammer

The Owner Gudren was a lovely lady. She could not have been more welcoming. Very clean rooms. The Breakfast was superb too.

We received a warm welcome from the owner at reception. She was super friendly and kind. The rooms are decorated in the art nouveau style and very clean. Breakfast was plenty and we had tasty scrambled eggs and fresh coffee. There was a variety of breads and homemade jams.

Great old hotel, basic amenities, lovely people, excellent value

Staff, charm, location.

Nothing really. Everything deserves too grades.

clean comforatble rooms, and very friendly staff.

No AC

Very friendly staff and good location

There was no air conditioning which would have made the stay more comfortable , however, the host brought us a fan which was enough.

Cleaness, location

Breakfast could be improved

Small family type hotel, friendly hotel management, spacious room with old furniture, tasty breakfast

the old parquet floor in the room can be a bit noisy

Breakfast was basic but the staff was very attentive

Beds could have been softer and the hotel needs to upgrade a little

The stylish hotel with 100 years of history, with wonderful furnitures, garden, beautiful dinning room and charming owner.

Breakfast was adequate and also were able to cater for dietary requirements . Had old era charm.Attentive staff.

Close to the city center, very friendly staff and good breakfast! The hotel was really calm.

Very nice hotel with history, not too far from city center. Helpful staff, great breakfast.

No problem with anything.

A traditional, comfortable, old-style charming hotel in a quiet off-centre position. Friendly and helpful staff. Gudrun, the owner, could not have been more welcoming. will happily stay here again. Freshly cooked lunch and dinner, delightful. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs beautifully made.

Very helpful staff

Limited options for breakfast. Limited ammeneties

I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Hammer, I can warmly recommend this place to anyone. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and service oriented. We arrived late in the evening and they had already prepared our key in a key box but ended up waiting for us anyways and helped us with all the luggage we had. We traveled with out 9Month old daughter and as requested they prepared a cot, upgraded us to a beautiful bigger sized room and were just super friendly and helpful with everything. One of the hightlights is the style of the whole hotel, with is antique parkett floors, Kachelofen and gorgeous old furniture. Its rare to find such tastefully furnished / well maintained hotels.

The room is quite spacious for a family to stay that is the only plus

Very Old building, room freshener was too strong, bad breakfast options, no dining options around, just avoid if you can

Kind staff, everything went well, recommended

Breakfast was very good!

Nothing, I was totally amazed at the hotel and the restaurant!

I was satisfactory stay with in Hotel Hammer
