    Pros +

    • The charm and quietness of the place.
    • A warm welcome from the start which continued throughout our stay. It's always the staff who make or break an establishment and this is a great team. A beautiful building in a stunning location. Very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were great, a good range and not overpriced. The estate wine was a pleasure.
    • So beautiful and peaceful Comfortable beds Lovely poolStaff were wonderful and the food was so delicious

    Cons -

    • Nothing though a smaller steak would have been even better...if that's possible!
    • There are not many shops around so you have to plan
    • When I stay at an agriturismo, it's because I want to relax, but unfortunately I slept extremely poorly at this agriturismo. The reasons: The room (room 3) is right above the dining hall below. There are loud noises from the patrons dining, but also there was this very intense noise from some water (?) pipe that went on and on late at night. On top of this, there was a group staying at the same time as us, and they were behaving as if the place was theirs alone, speaking very loudly near the door of our room until late at night and early in the morning, screaming at each other, knocking on each others' doors, etc. It went on until about midnight and started again at around 6h30. And although this is not directly the fault of the hosts, I think that when you have a big group staying, you should advise them to please respect the other patrons and keep it down at certain hours. Not a restful stay in the slightest, despite the beauty of the place.

The location is gorgeous, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. We had a very nice and knowledgeable waiter at dinner; he gave us great advice and I ended up having one of the best steaks I had in years. I also really liked the renovated bathroom in the bedroom; it was absolutely lovely, and I appreciated the mosquito nets installed on the windows.

Have stayed before but ate at the restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it - simple local produce - and with their own wine which was great. Definitely lifted the stay. proper machine hand made coffee in the morning was a bonus too.

    all fine thanks

The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious and Claudio was a gracious host. We didn't have a car and he arranged to pick us up from the airport, and he even took us to the local train station for one of our day trips and on our departure.

It was super clean, with a spacious room and bathroom, a great selection of food and drinks, a lovely pool, and beautiful surroundings.

The mattress of the bed was worn out, and the staff's English was poor.

We are happy with our experience. The service was excellent; the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. The pool was a highlight of our stay – clean and beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The food was another standout, with delicious local dishes.

On the first night, we encountered a minor issue with our room. The room we were given did not match the description on the booking.com – it was smaller, located under the roof, and quite dark. However, the owner was very understanding and accommodating. He agreed to move us to a nicer room for the second evening, which greatly improved our stay.

It is beautiful hotel with great food and own wines.

They did not tell in advance you have to pay extra for using the swimming pool towels. We would have used or own towels if we knew. When checking out we told them and they solved it.

It was relaxing and beautiful. The pool was stunning, surrounded by olive groves. The staff and owners were friendly and accomodating, always ready to help and offer advice.

The property is completely renovated with proper detail to its architecture and design. The pool is very peaceful and overlooks a typical Tuscan landscape. The breakfast was excellent with homemade baked goods, savory, fresh local fruit, and good protein options. Great cappuccino. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and fun in a very professional manner. Claudio, Leonardo, Mariella, Monica, Alex, and Paolo really create a welcoming experience. I stayed an extra night, and it was difficult to leave. I will be back to do more suggested local activities. Thanks to all for a great stay.

This place is near perfect. The only thing was there are some clumsy (non-biting) bugs that also seem to like this property, but they are likely seasonal and not there all the time.
