Arthotel ANA Goggl, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The breakfast and staff were amazing.

The stairs as I had back surgery.

Very good location in center of town. Friendly staff. Plenty of space in the room. Appreciated fridge in the room.

Bed was not firm enough. I have back problems, so this was a minus. No bar. Restaurant did not serve dinner.

great location. great staff. nice lounge to sit after hours. with biscuits and sweets. nice breakfast.

hard to find from the car park. didn't tell us about the back entrance. room not so clean.

Great location and delicious breakfast! Excellent check in and service

Not many amenities

Location, short walk to riverside and restaurantsVery generous with free coffee and snacks all afternoon.Great bike room

Location is good

Settled us in the cheaper room, claiming “it’s better”. Before arrival approved early checkin and confirmed extra bed for a kid (evidence is in my email). Upon arrival declined us to settle in and we had to hang around on a hot day. Same happened to the baby bed. They said it was not requested. Then dragged it at the time the kid was asleep. We paid for a more expensive room and it was clear at the desk that they messed things up. Knowing the issues the some staff members didn’t communicate properly like it was all our fault. Actually, the mess is everywhere around, even a pod with hot water is labeled “kalt Wasser” :D Extremely dirty, they only brush the floors as far as I observed. Scam which takes more money, settles you in a cheaper dirty room and puts it as your fault. Terrible

We liked the location, opportunity for snacks and drinks in the lobby, decent spread for breakfast, friendly staff, just about everything.

Close proximity to the city center. Easy to park in local parking and get to the hotel. Breakfast room well equipped and a good breakfast.

There was not a desk in the room we were in. Made it a little difficult to sit at a computer and connect in with families/work far away.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast. Staff were very kind and helpful.

A great hotel directly in the middle of the city. You can walk right outside your door for restaurants cafes and shops.

The front door was locked at various time during our stay. It was only to be locked at 10:00p.m.

Friendly staff, quite bid rooms, very good breakfast, after breakfast hours possibility to take free of charge coffee or tea, good WIFI and perfect location in the centre of town

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot right on the main square. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the area where it's served is available throughout the day, making it a great place to relax with coffee or tea and enjoy a delicious biscuit as a treat.

Nothing to mention.

Nice clean well heated room with a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and a good supply of hot water, almost instant!Good choices at buffet breakfast with both hot and cold food available. Nice coffee too! Staff were very polite and helpful. Will stay again!

Water in room but no bottle opener as it had a crimped cap. Was advised it screwed off but it didn't! No tea or drink making facilities which was a disappointment rather than a travesty!

Beautiful space, large footprint, lovely breakfast

No kettle facility in room.

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and breakfast was good

No tea/coffee facilities in room, some of the decor was not properly finished. Reception needs to be manned fully in the day, staff were brilliant but obviously covering a multitude of roles and a big thinly spread

Breakfast was very good ?. And parking place behind the Hotel was superior. The location is just perfect.

The location was perfect, breakfast was very good, comfortable beds

lots of stairs with no elevator

Great location and the rooms were clean and nice set up. Also nice to have secure parking.

The breakfast was average, not up to the standard of a normal German HOF..

Great location, right in the center of Landsberg. The family room is quite large. The beds were very comfortable. We had free coffee and tea. Everything was super

In our room, the wifi was not so strong, and our roaming signal strength was also a bit poor. But that's a small inconvenient.

Staff very friendly and eager to help. Rooms spacious and bed very comfortable. Location was excellent. Short walk to train and bus stations. Breakfast had a great variety.
