Great location. Clean room. Very quiet

TV was not working

It was ok but not more then this, wouldn’t give it more then 3 stars.Stuff does not stay 24/7. We wanted to leave a luggage as our plane was at the evening- unfortunate you can’t keep it at the reception after 1 pm - shame.

Good location near the train line from the airport. There's a very good restaurant next door which we used each night. Very comfortable.

Excellent location for easy access to Munich Airport via S-Bahn. Easy check in!

I arrived quite around 10:30pm and there was no staff at reception for check-in. I was given very clear instructions by email on how to self check-in by retrieving my room keys from a locker kept outside the main door. Despite the clear instructions, I had some trouble with not being able to find room key with my name on it due to a mix-up. I was able to call a number and get help and resolution promptly which made me less anxious. Provided a free bottle of water and a coffee machine with pods. Quite useful.

Except for the quality and size of the room, everything else had issues:- The image of a tourist attraction is used instead of the actual property on the booking site leading to false impression. This is more of a bed and breakfast hotel. - There is no one at reception after 10 pm. - They put my booking under a completely different person's name. No apology offered for mixing up my name with someone else. - Found a cockroach in my bedroom on the 2nd night of stay. Again there was no hotel staff at that hour to assist.

I love the calm location and just 20 minutes by train to Munich and other beautiful cities in the area.

The property is cosy and the personal is always helpful.But the highlight is every time the breakfast and brunch on Sundays organized by Mrs Verena Bernd and her colleagues ??

I'm a regular guest and appreciate the ample breakfast buffet. There is a nice sweet ans savoury selection of dishes, a tea and a coffee station as well as a variety of lactose free products.

reception is often closed due to staff shortage, then you have to be careful to always have your keycard at hand not to get closed out of the building. Sundays everything is closed near by and you have to get your keycard from a locker-code-box.The Restaurant opposite Freetz is also closed - there are very few options to dine out

The kitchen crew always prepares a rich buffet with ample cheese, cold cuts, home made müsli, fruit salad, curd creams and a selection of egg dishes. A variety of teas, coffees and juices is available

I'm a regular guest for work at this hotel and have nothing to complain.

Clean, modern rooms. Nice breakfast. Just off the autobahn.

The only thing we didn’t like were the beds: they were incredibly hard!

Bed and especially pillow were uncomfortable. Coffee and milk in room not replenished.

The rooms are spotless but dated. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast is amazing. Close enough to the train and to shops and restaurants.

Room overlooked the main entrance. People tend to congregate to smoke in front and we could hear everything. Every night we were there we were woken up by noisy guests both inside and outside the hotel. I recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel, as the rooms are not soundproofed from the guests hanging out at the main entrance. It’s also concerning that there is no staff at all after 8 pm. We saw people having issues entering with their key cards and no one around to help.

Location to S-Bahn station, staff were very friendly and helpful

Smokers area to close to entrance, each time we entered/ exited the hotel had to exhale smoke and walk around people.

Set in a lovely part of the country the hotel is in close proximity to a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Nice quiet area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety The hotel was located near the Lohhof train station making it easy to travel into Munich.

A good location to quickly reach Munich airport. A standard room, a kettle in the room. Good breakfast. Parking for free at the hotel.

The main issue is the bed that is adopted from the sitting bank. This definitely should not be used as a bed. I have had a bad night's sleep, fortunately only a single night.Second point ventilation system could not be adjusted and nonetheless was making noise all night.

The room was very clean, you had an option to have it cleaned or get treats each day, although the treats were always pretzels and a small fruit bar, I think I would rather have my room cleaned. Breakfast had a good variety, but the room is too small for the hotel capacity and was very hectic and hard to find a seat. The room was very quiet, you did not hear a lot of noise from other guests. Overall for our visit it worked perfectly for us, for what we needed and I would stay here again.

No English channels on the TV, although supposed to be, got sky news every once in a while but was very repetitive. There were no toilets in reception. Reception shut at 9 pm, although breakfast was served no option for evening meal. There is a restaurant next to the hotel not sure if it is linked to or separate but the staff did not speak great English, the boss man was abrupt and rude. They had a private function one evening and it was closed, guests were not made aware so that they could make other arrangements if required because if you had no means of transport it would be difficult or expensive to go elsewhere. Although public transport is not far I would say for ease you need a car for this location.The shower screen leaked so water pooled on the floor after each use.

Clean room, has everything you need for the business or leisure trip. The hotel rewards customers who don't get their room cleaned up everyday with little snacks. There is a refrigerator where you can store your own drinks. The room has an ironing boarding and iron for clothes. Most importantly dogs are allowed to stay in the hotel.

Free car parking and air conditioning in the room. Simple self check-in for late hour arrival. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Close to the train line that goes to Munich city and airport.

It was a bit far from Munich, but it was one of the few cost effective options we had due to an event in the city. The train got delayed and canceled a couple of times during our stay. Not a lot of options for food around the hotel. The minibar in the room was off when we arrived and never got really cold.
