Very cool and charming place, decent restaurant

Waitstaff was incredibly rude, particularly this male waiter. He was rude and dismissive and could have been cast in a movie as the quintessential rude euro. He seemed to bring the rest of the staff down

We were late but got access to our room easily with the hotel's detailed instruction. The room was well decorated and the restroom was clean. The breakfast was really good. We loved not only the food but also the dining area.

There was no trash can in the restroom.

Nice cozy hotel very convinient on the way to the south and for a visit to Munich (door to door with the train station). The rooms are renovated, clean and confortable. Nice breakfast too.

Only provided 2 towels as we have 3 person. The bed is too soft for us.

Breakfast room and restaurant were charming and nicely decorated for the holidays, and well well-stocked with a variety of breakfast items. Location is next to S-Bahn station and hotel is well sound-insulated to keep rooms quiet. By skipping housekeeping, we were rewarded with tokens for the drink vending machine.

A/C unit in room iced up and made cracking and popping noises all night.

The room was perfect and clean.150m from a stop of the S-Bahn which quickly takes you to the city center (and Oktoberfest) even during the nightThe included breakfast was great.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist us in finding a trachten store. The location is also highly convenient, just a short walk to the S-Bahn, with only a 35-minute ride to the heart of Munich. We had a very big and quiet room and the breakfast was delicious. See you next year with Oktoberfest!

The single bed on our 3 person room was not 2 meters long, but still comfortable mattress.

The staff is REALLY friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was a late booking, because my flight was cancelled, so did not have breakfast, as I had to get on the train at 4.00AM. The dinner however, was very good!

I could not login to the free WiFi, because the password was not accepted. It was not a typo from me... Maybe an outage?

Great location for quick access to the airport and Munich via train. The room was very nice and we had a balcony to relax outside. Beer garden and Italian restaurant were great and we enjoyed a couple of meals there.

We had a room for 3 people and the single bed was a day-bed and it was not as comfortable as the other bed in the room. Next time I will ask if all of the beds are standard in the room.

Private parking. Close to the S-bahn station (a trains can be hear but not disturbing). Comfortable pillow.

Italian restaurant only in the hotel, no local traditional food. Insufficient choices of eating places around.

Great location for airport and Lohhof is a nice small town with good restaurants and walks. Hotel restaurant was good as was breakfast.

No kettle in the room

Very good breakfast, close to the station. A good opportunity to rest not far from the Airport or Munich Hauptbahnof by frequent connections.

Rooms are great

The Italian staff running the bar and restaurant decided to have an almighty loud feud in public … felt the hire uncomfortable.And the lady dealing with the breakfast area was quite shouty: she didn’t want us to eat in the breakfast area where the food was laid out, but to carry our food into the bar area instead. Quite a shouty way of explaining herself.

The room was fantastically designed and provided excellent value for the cost we paid, the staff was amiable and helpful, and the location was within walking distance from the light rail station (S-Bahn)!

Flexible check-in, friendly staff, comfy room, just next to S-bahn and bus stations which makes it perfect for commuting. Quiet and clean area.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Right from the reception to housekeeping and even the restaurant. The location is amazing. Steps away from the S-Bahn train station that easily connects you to the airport or the city. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities.

Nothing really. If I had to mention then I would say the price was slightly on the higher side, but I guess it was understandable during Oktoberfest.Also if you have luggage be prepared to take a flight of stairs to the first floor.
