The very nice restaurant, Roxa I belive was amazing as was our waitress. Breakfast was good, common areas nice and comfortable. The gym and spa lovely.

The room was tired, hot. Linens were nice but too heavy. The power went out in our room only. No one seemed to care. And did I say it was hot. Also bring your own Roku or Fire Stick.

The hotel is conveniently located about 13 minutes from the airport, close to cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket. Breakfast was good.

when we arrived around 6 PM — although check-in should start from 3 PM — the room was still not ready, and the check-in process was slow. Parking is far from the entrance, which made it difficult in the cold and rain. The room felt old, with worn curtains, a tired sofa, and the worst pillow we’ve ever had in a hotel.

No mini fridge in the room, that would elevate the quality of the room to the rest of the hotel.

1. The hotel had a good breakfast.2. It was very close to the conference venue. 3. After the issue with insects in my room, they offered me a free late checkout.

1. The hotel was far from the city and not easily accessible. 2. After check-in, there was no one to accompany me to the room or help with my luggage. 3. I found two separate incidents of insects in my room. When I complained, the staff immediately assumed I must have left the window open, even though I never did. 4. Another issue was that the exterior window blinds would occasionally go up or down by themselves, which was quite disturbing.

Hotel is a big business hotel, it has great spaces to relax, have a drink at the bar, enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant. We loved the breakfast, great cold and warm options, good quality and plenty restock for us late risers. Rooms were comfortable, they could use some refreshing here and there, just normal wear and tear, not bothersome. They were clean, space was adequate as we had 2 rooms for our family of 4. Parking is great, well structured, a few charging stations available for EVs at no additional cost!Staff is very friendly and helpful, we felt comfortable and welcome.The pool is very good, not too deep and suitably warm for kids and adults to enjoy and relax. Pool area is clean and there is also a nice spa area.

Nothing. For us, location was ok as we had a car and found good options to go into Munich. However, w/o a car, transportation may be complicated.

The room was great, well maintained, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of food. I used the gym every morning and was well equipped with several treadmills.

Overall great vibe with classy decor and great service. The food in restaurants is excellent. The room in tower 2 was quiet and comfortable with a wonderful bed. Perfect location 15' from the Munich airport.

The Spa should be free (rather than ask for 15 Euros). The shower water pressure was too low. The hotel is very busy with conferences year-round and it is difficult to book, even well in advance. A few rooms should be reserved for non-conference guests.

It is a nice building

The staff is very rude and quite unhelpful - I booked a double room with 2 separate beds - we got 1 bed, just 1 set of towel and everything and the staff did absolutely nothing to help.

It as a beautiful place. Everyone was extremely nice and wanted to help. We couldn't use the pool and the spa area, but that looked amazing! We would love to come back and use that
