The property is clean

The restaurant is not open when went for getting some food. From my experience this was strange the hotel with so many rooms didn’t had food for lunch and it will open by 5 pm. Also the property is so old and the lighting and all was so dated.

The breakfast spread was good. There were supermarkets and breakfast places around along with options for lunch and dinners spots.

It was far from the central city and tourist spots. It is a good location for people who are visiting for work. But it is quite far from the main city center.

I had accidentally booked our room for the wrong date ( and there was a NO cancellation policy on my reservation) BUT the front desk receptionist took great time to help change our stay to the correct date without any any extra funds. VERY grateful for that help: we were some very tired travelers! Thank you!

A minor issue for me is the open bar. It has not the atmosphere it deserves. Staf and all is friendly and good.

The room was very well kept and modern at the same time. It got cleaned everyday and it was very comfortable.

The only drawback was the location as it was quite far from Marienplatz (about 43 minutes train). Also, from where the train drops you off, you would need to walk a 15 minute walk to arrive to the hotel and after a long day, walking and roaming around the city, we were very tired and did not look forward for the walk especially. However, it was quite close to the Bayern FC football ground which was a bonus point for us as we wanted to go and watch a game.

Very late check in was not a problem. Reception very kind. Very clean.

Breakfast could had been better. Restaurant needs a bit of a redesign.

Everything was clean, the staff was super nice and friendly, the bed and everything in the room was comfy, and most of all I liked that our dogs were welcome too. Shops and a couple of restaurants were located nearby, as well as car rentals.

It was some way to the train station.

The location is convenient

Our team experienced multiple thefts during separate stays, and the hotel’s response was limited to calling the police, with no further effort to support, compensate, or recover the stolen money. Despite our repeated business, the lack of urgency and responsibility shown was disappointing. The hotel’s approach to security and guest support was highly inadequate, showing little regard for our peace of mind. I would caution other travelers, especially business guests, to reconsider if security and responsive support are priorities.

Old but well refurbished and very clean hotel. Good restaurant and bar at the Reception level. Well organized room, with all one needs inside, inluding ironing board, hairdrier, etc. Good working desk for laptop, confortable armchair for reading or using laptop with your feet up. Daily cleaning, very polite and helpful staff in all functions.Good breakfast with enough options. 3-5 very good restaurants around, at 10-12 minutes walk: an Italian pizza place, a Greek taverna and an Indian restaurant. Aldi supermarket right in front of the hotel, others around.

Do not hope for window view, landscape is poor, the hotel is in the outskirts, but it works great if you go to some of the car manufacturer offices around it. The fruit salad at breakfast was constantly almost entirely made of apple chops, not really appealing.

Nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, 10 min car drive from train station with parking and ride, very good for oktoberfest

We had a misunderstanding at check-in that was quickly resolved the day after, i prefer showers to bathtubs in the bathroom

It was dusty, receptionist gave us incorrect directions to train, she smoked in public and the Fowyer was stinking

The property was clean, the beds were soft and the bathroom was clean.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the receptionist. After a long day of seeing Munich, me and my wife arrived at the underground parking of the hotel. My wife saw a woman and a man talking. She rolled down the window and asked where should we park. The man said “the parking is full” in a really blunt way. This was okay but then we asked if there is anywhere we can park (meaning anywhere else) and he said “full means full. Do you understand ? Full…”. We turned around and left. Parked on the street and then arrived at the reception. We were met by the same receptionist. Older man with thin hair. I said “I’m here to check in”. Not being polite back as he was patronising to my wife earlier. He asked for my name and I said “Gatis” and spelt it out. He smirked and giggled and I asked “what’s so funny” ? His tone suddenly changed and he was being polite. I can’t believe how such simple task of greeting their guests is a struggle for this man. I don’t know if he’s the owner or he’s just overly confident receptionist but please know that you are a sad evil man that should really reconsider the life’s choices if you’re this miserable to a young couple that came to your property and further hold the power of sharing their experiences. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

Lack of air Condition in 32celsius . . However, the rooms were disappointing in several ways. The lack of air conditioning is a significant issue, especially during the warmer months such as . Additionally, the room layout allows a clear view into the bed of a neighboring room, which greatly reduces privacy. The rooms are also quite far from the elevator, which can be inconvenient, particularly with lots of luggage or after a long day. Overall, while the common areas and staff provide a pleasant experience, the room layout and location could use some improvement.
