Nice hotel. Clean and restaurant had good food.

The area was not center of town.

This hotel is so so nice. There is breakfast, perfect breakfast. The rooms are super clean.We got there by trains, from Florence to the hotel is about 1 hour but so worht it. The neighborhood is calm, i would def come back if i can.

No enough charges in the room, which is very important while traveling.

The hotel was near our event, so location was an advantage to us. The room was clean.

Breakfast is quite disappointing, the walls are quite thin, so there is quite some noise. Bathroom also had some mold in it. Honestly, I think they overrate the price/quality.

Comfortable bedding, clean room, free parking and helpful staff at the reception. Great possibility that the hotel has a restaurant that is open until late.

The fact that we could not regulate the temperature in the room as AC was off and it was a bit stuffy plus windows open just a little. A VERY uncomfortable and slippery shower/bathtub/door concept. Ladies at the restaurant were very noisy preparing tables for breakfast when people were still having dinner. Also the setting of tables was not proper. Breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Clean rooms and nice position. Realy good breakfast, and parking right at the entrance.

Thin walls, you can hear everything outside of the room, you can't open windows, even when it's predicted for opening.

I would like to see more vegan alternative for breakfast. There was nothing behind soy milk. Some non-diary spread and /or some veggies would be great as well. But there were oatflakes and granola and enough of dried and fresh fruits. Thank you.

In principle, there are plenty of parking spaces, but as many guests park badly, there are not enough for everyone. We had to park outside the car parks. The staff only told us that we were not allowed to park there. However, they did not give us an alternative. The staff (reception and breakfast) were not particularly friendly.

The position is great, 30min from Florence and 45min from Pisa.Breakfast was good with sweets and savoury.The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Too many lights in the room were disturbing the sleep.Doors were smashed by the staff during cleaning, creating lots of noise especially after New year's Eve where I wanted to sleep.Walls were not thick enough as you could listen to people in other rooms.

Breakfast was really good with great coffee. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The staff was nice and cooperative.

The toilet seat in the bathroom was a bit yellowish and there was only a single fixed shower.

The bed mattress felt cheap, did not suite my back.

The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The neighborhood is quiet (commercial/ industrial type of neighborhood). The restaurant and bar looked packed at night, so I guess at least the pizza is good.

We came here for a wedding, and this places was recommended to us by the groom. Probably the only Hotel in the area. The staff: The receptionist that did our check-in (a woman, don't remember her name) acted like we were trying to steal money when we asked about a discount some of the other wedding guest received for coming here to attend the wedding. She told me NO, the booking is already made, not possible! I have no problem with that, I understand, but the attitude was off. The noise: we were given a room on the ground floor (at least it was the last one, so we were not between rooms). The cleaning staff sounded like they were demolishing the rooms next to and above us). Good luck trying to sleep a little longer or in the afternoon. Also, although we had the "Do not disturb" sign on our door, we had one of the cleaning staff knock or our door 4 times until I got out of bed to open. He asked us "You want me to clean your room?". Also there's A LOT of noise from other rooms, be it people shouting, kids crying or people on the above floor stomping like there's no tomorrow. The breakfast: this has to be worst breakfast we had on our trip. You get 2 types of cheese, some butter, boiled eggs and bread. That's it. At least you can choose from 5 different types of croissants and sweets, if you don't mind eating sugar first thing in the morning. Also the forks, knives, coffee cups or glasses were dirty, although they were just taken out of the dish washer - lipstick, food pieces, and more.

Hotel was clean, location was not too bad

Breakfast was not good, had to pay extra for breakfast items such as orange juice, eggs, bacon. Staff very rude part from cleaning staff. Not helpful at all you ask a question and eyes rolling etc

Lovely room and very comfortable. Lots of room for things. Plus I needed to leave early in the morning so they gave me a 'breakfast box' and it was great.

Nothing wrong with it.

Positive: Rooms are clean and the Team is friendly. Supermarket 50m.

Negative: -the breakfast is a complete scam. Scrambled egg, juice etc. you have to pay? Are you serious? -it is located in an industrial area. Take a look outside of the room an you will find the pictureresc view on the trash of the industrial neighbours.

The room was a very nice size. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. We also enjoyed the bar in the evening.
