- even though the hotel was only booked about 20% they did not give me an ocean view room, even when I asked. it would have been an upcharge. they decided to leave the room unoccupied rather than satisfying a guest's wish.

Nothing stood out as being best
The hotel was average at best, not 4 star. The air conditioning was not sufficient. The hotel staff disregarded , do not disturb signs, beds were very firm, humidity was off the charts.. overall not great.
